The phone came in what I can only call perfect condition. No blemishes whatsoever. The one problem I had was that whoever applied the soft screen protector did a lousy job, as there was a grain of salt sized piece of something under it right in the middle of the screen. The resulting bubble in the plastic was bigger than the camera punch hole. I destroyed the protectors usefulness and still couldn't get it off. But the phone is great and the price was right. First off, I was skeptical about ordering a refurbished S21 Ultra (256GB, Titanium Phantom). Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it is. It really looks and feels like a brand new phone. I tried to find flaws in it, but I couldn't. Not a single scratch. The phone is extremely fast, can multitask easily without compromises to speed. It does get a little warm when you're multitasking, but not to the point where you can't hold it. I wouldn't expect anything else, frankly. Battery life so far is very impressive. I've been heavily using it since 7 am (it's currently 11 am), like updating the software TWICE, social media, texting etc.. and it's currently at 75% after a full nights charge. Fingerprint sensor is good, need to get used to its position on the screen and remembering it's not on the back panel anymore. I did have to reregister my fingerprints a few times after noticing that it doesn't recognize it if my thumb is at a weird angle. Face ID is good, although I rely on my fingerprints more. In terms of the phone capability, you already know how amazing it is if you're considering buying it. Overall, impressed so far. ... show more

The phone is in excellent condition, without any scratch or detail that I can appreciate, and as for the battery, in the first days of use I was allowed more than 5 hours of screen, which far exceeds my expectations

Took my chances on a used phone, it has not disappointed me yet. Four months later, I am writing the review, using said phone. I have not found anything wrong, other than its a Samsung and not an iphone, as some would argue. Everything works just as it should. My only warning is to those woth butterfingers- the long edges of this phone are rounded, that means 98% of phone cases for it will stop short of that, so you can touch that sloped edge. I know my phones have fallen and have been saved by the case coming up over the front edges. If this is you, make sure you can find a good case before committing to this phone. ... show more
