This device was advertised as ATT, however the IMEI (both) in the phone are not ATT numbers. This was found out after going through many hours of wasted time trying. Very disapointed. Pics are clear on this phone. Great size still fits in a pocket with no issues. Sound is clear, battery holds up during the day so less charging time. Fast shipping and like new phone they even placed a screen cover on the phone!!!

    • Problem with sim card holder
Beautiful phone but I had to return. Kept saying no sim. Took it to get checked out and the guy said the sim card holder was broken. Did get my money with no problem

    • Easy to transfer
It was nice to find a phone that was unlocked and ready to put to good use. My husband used "smart switch" to transfer things from his old phone. Be careful if you do that because it told him all his memory was used up. We had to go remove a lot of things, but after that, he seems to like the phone.
