i bought 2 renewed at a very lower price, $625 each. when it show up, was it NEW? look like NEW, ZERO scratch, all like NEW sticker were on the phone. did not look like it was used at all. so here we go, 1 phone got 30% power, plug in was okay BUT the other one is completely DEAD. It wont charge or show anything on screen when plug in charging cable.....was frustrated, thought i got a dead on arrival phone. the charger i was using was a fast charger 18W. so i plug in a slow charger 5w, and wow it start charging, left it til full. now using my fast charger, its working fine now. so far so good, we love it, like i said, it's a NEW PHONE. we got 90 day if anything go south. hopefully it dont lolz. ... show more

    • DON'T BUY IT IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
This is not what I was told to get, I bought the phone and I'm returning it because when I got it it looked fine but after 3 hours of use (setting it up) the phone was getting so hot I was like "it's because I'm downloading a lot of stuff" but after I charged it it got worse, the phone became so hot and the battery drained in less than 4 hours of use, my recommendation is to just buy the new one there is a discount now instead of 1000$ to 800$ I'm buying it now. ... show more

Phone came wrapped in bubble wrap shipped in generic white cardboard box with sim ejector tool, a used (I think) no-name USB white charger block labeled "Intellgent fast charge" (yes, there is a typo printed on the charger), and a new white USB to USB-C cable. I probably won't use the charger as I can't find any information on who made it. Phone is immaculate in "like new" condition. No scratches anywhere and the "factory" plastic film on the edges of the phone was never removed! Have had phone for over a week and have had zero issues. Got it set up with T-mobile with no problems. Got a waterproof case for it and other than the fingerprint reader being finicky through the plastic cover (not the phone's fault), the phone is working flawlessly. ... show more

Me llegó mejor de lo que esperaba, compré el modelo de 128 gb según dice el anuncio, pero me llegó el de 256gb osea me ofrece el doble de lo que pagué en memoria lo que se agradece, en la caja llegó totalmente nuevo, sellado, con su cable de carga y instrucciones, además Amazon agregó una cabeza del cargador del iPhone 12 lo que se agradece. Please ignore those negative reviews, this is a legit phone, not damaged, not locked, 100% works. And the great thing about it is that it came with an apple 20w type c to type c charger which charges the phone relly quick.

The phone was brand new, It looked like it was someone ordered it took the charger and sent it back. It cam with all original plastic covers the Sim card tool had never been used.
