The first one I bought started acting crazy after about 2 weeks so I returned it and got another one it don't work 100% either phone does all kinds of crazy stuff while it's in your pocket even though it has a screen lock and accidental touch protection and all that stuff included it still does stuff in your pocket you take it out and it had you going to three four five different sites while it was in your pocket I think they are just total junk I will not purchase another one ... show more

I thought the phone was locked due to Verizon apps existing in the phone when setting it up and finishing the setup. But after I switched my Sim card from my old phone to this new phone it worked perfectly without a hitch. It might still have Verizon within the phone but it works with my service provider, Boost mobile, which isn't popular amongst a lot of consumers. But be aware that you'll have to Uninstall at least ten gaming apps that come with this phone which totals up to 6gb of storage space. Overall, it works perfectly and flawlessly, and delivered faster than I thought it'd be. Thank you. ... show more
