This phone is so much better than my old one. My old one was a Galazy A11. Its about 5 yrs old and i could not hardly use it anymore. Now the S22 is way better and the phone calls are much better on it.

Unfortunately, Amazon forces you to give at least one star for the review, they do not deserve that. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 for the Cricket network. After receiving the phone and attempting to connect to my account, I was unable. I then took the phone to a Cricket location where I was told the phone did not exist. I started the return process with this company on March 9th and have yet to be refunded. UPS lost the phone during the return shipment process and the company is still refusing to issue me thr more than $200 they charged me for a worthless Samsung. I normally do not buy refurbished electronics but with today's economy and not wanting to settle for a cheap over the counter phone I decided to try one. Phone arrived a little late due to holiday traffic, packaged professionally phone is in excellent condition also came with a screen protector already installed. Phone drained battery fast, charged slowly and was not unlocked as stated when we bought it. Luckily Amazon did right and refunded it . Good job Amazon.

I thought it was too good to be true but I ordered it anyway and I love it! No scratches no glitches much faster then my Glaxay A32 put my cricket Sims card in and worked with no issues! I paid 300 for the galaxy A32 at the store I will never do that again!

I got this as a Christmas gift for my son and I have to say we were both highly disappointed when I went to set up the phone and it has VMware on it (which means it was a company phone previously) and I couldn't even get past the username and password page.
