Unfortunately, Amazon forces you to give at least one star for the review, they do not deserve that. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 for the Cricket network. After receiving the phone and attempting to connect to my account, I was unable. I then took the phone to a Cricket location where I was told the phone did not exist. I started the return process with this company on March 9th and have yet to be refunded. UPS lost the phone during the return shipment process and the company is still refusing to issue me thr more than $200 they charged me for a worthless Samsung. This has been a hassle nobody should have to deal with ... show more

This phone is so much better than my old one. My old one was a Galazy A11. Its about 5 yrs old and i could not hardly use it anymore. Now the S22 is way better and the phone calls are much better on it.

Phone arrived a little late due to holiday traffic, packaged professionally phone is in excellent condition also came with a screen protector already installed. Had a problem tried to call them number goes to a answering service, and they Never responded, phone will have to be taken to a legitimate repair shop to see if it can be repaired and made to work right
