I purchased this phone about a month ago, and I'm mostly impressed with its design, features, and performance. The phone came unlocked, and it worked seamlessly with my existing SIM card, which was a plus. The design of the phone is sleek and slim, with a large screen that makes it easy to read and navigate. I got the blue version, and I think it looks really nice. There are a couple of downsides that I've noticed, first being that the phone's facial recognition feature is not very reliable, and I often have to use my fingerprint or passcode to unlock the phone instead. I found that it's challenging to get a perfectly clear picture when zoomed in 30x, but the camera does have some cool stability features that my last phone didn't have. The display on this phone is excellent, with clear and bright colors that make everything look great. Additionally, the storage space is ample, so I don't have to worry about running out of space for my apps, photos, and videos. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. While the camera isn't as magnificent as I expected, it still takes decent photos, and the phone has some cool features that make it stand out. The phone is in great shape. Looks and works well. The tech support was outstanding! I had trouble with my network. They were able to chat and the talk on the phone to walk me through the steps needed to fix my problem. Knowledgeable and helpful. Would buy from this seller again.

The phone works great so far, no chips, cracks, or anything just a little dirty. I haven't put my sim card in it yet because I'm waiting for a screen protector and case. It does not come with the factory charger but some cheap random usbc one which is fine I guess. Phone could have used a little more packing material since it was slightly loose in the packaging. Hands down one of the best phones I've ever owned. I was using an iPhone 14 pro. A great phone for sure but it kept leaving me hanging in fringe service areas. Particularly with maps. I wondered why. I didn't recall the Samsung that I've mostly had in the past doing that and I've always had Verizon service. I've read that the antenna system in the Samsung are just that much better than in an iPhone. Was that really the case or is Verizon the problem. Basically is it a service failure or phone failure. Eventually I got tired of it leaving me hanging and decided to just buy a refurbished Samsung. Although I've used an s22+ and an s23 my all time favorite was the s20+. It was the last phone with a micro SD card and it was a phenomenal product. A bit of research and I was able to find one that claimed it was an exceptional example of a refurbished s20+. So for under $250 all in I decided it was worth a try. I've had it for over a month and it hasn't let me down yet. It has zero issues bringing up maps anywhere that I go. In addition when I bring up maps it's set to come up in satellite display.. still zero issues. A few other things that are very important to me, the SD card that allows for easy expandable memory without having to pay for it or having to upload pics and docs to a PC. Because of that you have all the information you want, even from years ago right at your fingertips. Those pics from the trip to California 3 years ago now... Right there in a folder in your hand. Another huge benefit to me is swipe. It is a peculiar thing that swipe on a Samsung phone is absolutely effortless. If you know where the letters are you can right a novel in minutes with only a glance at the screen from time to time. For some reason that wasn't the case with the iPhone 14 pro. I don't know why. iPhones have Samsung beat with certain things like face recognition, finger print recognition, Imessages, sensitivity to the individual using it. All great stuff but I needed maps, and swipe to work flawless and went old school to get the added benefit of the SD card ... show more

I really like this phone for its powerful cpu, memory, Cameras and other specs. and especially for its wifi 6. I am able to down load over wifi at over 600mbps in my house, and hence, software updates, and media downloads are a breeze. I am staying at the 4G LTE cell connection, as I dont use and need much of mobile data. Xfinity mobile 5G is yet to cover this area with 5G, and one has to change plans for 5G, so not in a hurry to do so. for some reason, face cognition and finger print recognition does not work consistent well for me, so I end up using the pattern to unlock. Wouldn't recognize my at&t sim card. When I checked the imei number, its tied to sprint. What a waste of my time. How hard is it to get the simple facts right? Now what do I do? Return it? The phone itself came in great condition brand new screen and everything worked fine battery lost a long time but the bat cover wasn't glued on very well it keeps coming off which seems to happen a lot with these phones I guess
