This is an awesome device. I struggled with choosing between it and the 10e. The deciding factor was the cost and battery life. Battery life is better on the regular 10, I tried both for about a week off and on and really wanted to come the 10e. But, between the battery life and the fact that I picked up the 512gb for 629; those two sold me on the 10. The cameras are mediocre but it didn't play on my decision because I planned on replacing it with GCam anyway... Much better camera procession..Google it... ... show more

I really liked my Galaxy S9, so when I was looking for an upgrade, I hoped the S10 would be that upgrade. Pros: The S10 has more storage, and still has an SD card slot, so it's ridiculous how much you can carry around in your pocket on this thing. It runs well, has wireless charging, and the USB-C port is sturdy. I like the curved edges of the screen. Cons: Unfortunately, the screen is just a bit big for comfortable one-hand usage. You really need a case, since the curved screen basically offers itself to pebbles if you drop it. I have the Otterbox, and it works well. I generally don't have a problem with overheating, although a long car trip riding in a vent mount in the winter can be a bit much for it. The phone also doesn't support eSims, which can be an issue going forward. Bottom line, there's really no problem with this phone if you don't need an eSim. I have fairly large hands, so the large screen size might be even more of a problem for some of you. That said, big screen can be nice for old eyes. ... show more

This S10 phone is truly impressive. The face recognition works well. The processor is remarkably fast. Can run more than 1 app at a time without causing any lagging. The camera is next level incredible.

I tried contacting seller for a replacement but they don't care. Galaxy s10 factory unlock only lasted 2 months. Phone gets to hot to use and camera don't work. Don't buy from these people they don't care about there customers.

I have had the phone for roughly 4 months now and no issues. Very happy so far and very surprise how well it takes pictures along with quality. I switched over from apple to android; I thought I would miss the my iphone but so far my only regret was not switching sooner.

    • Get the insurance

It is thin. No clue how well it reads fingerprints or faces as I turned that feature off immediately. Mine was infested with viruses. I did a factory reset and it cleared those out. My info was sold on the dark web by etsy before I did the reset. It does strange things so I would HIGHLY recommend getting the insurance for it. I did not. I regret that. I got a better price by buying one that had been returned. It was supposedly checked by certified techs but they sure missed a bunch. Every few weeks something weird happens with the keys or word suggestion area or an app etc.. The start up is simple. Literally takes you step by step. It is smaller than my last phone. It is an android but very different than an android as it uses Samsung weird stuff. I turned that off too. I am getting use to it. Takes great pictures. Good luck. ... show more
