I don't like to leave negative reviews. Especially because this is really the first time I've felt the need to do so. I ordered the S10 in flamingo pink 512 gb brand new. I loved the phone and it seemed to be brand new as stated, BUT I recieved a different model than what is in the description. The one I recieved is an international version with the Exynos processor. It was supposed to be the US version that uses the Snapdragon version. When I contacted them they told me to return it for refund. I have tracking on the package and it shows that it was delivered back to them via UPS so I know they recieved it. However, tracking my refund on my Amazon account is still showing as if they haven't recieved the phone back yet and so I still have yet to be refunded. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole situation! If they would have just sent the right model shown in the first place, all of this could have been avoided. Hope to see my refund soon. Hopefully, I can find the exact phone with the right US (Snapdragon) model. If the customer doesn't know any different, then it may seem like everything is fine with the phone they are recieving. So be careful! And to know which internal processor/model US or International phone you are receiving, a quick google search with the model/upc# will tell you. To any future purchasers, good luck to you and hope you receive the right phone the first time! ... show more

Love it, still learning about phone.. it's easy to work. Still haven't used Bixby...I prefer Google typing when I talk to type messages. Battery life is great..the finger print sensor is on front of phone and it took a few tries for me to have my fingers recognized, I had to keep adding fingerprints to the memory. Also I did get the unlocked version and all I had to do was take the phone to sprint to let them activate it for free, they provided me with sim cards that I did have to buy for a small fee. Also I would be careful when buying screen protectors, some of them cover the sensor and are too thick so it won't recognize your fingerprint. I have been getting phone updates and everything is working great. The phone came with a charger and ear buds. I would recommend! ... show more

I took this phone out of the box, plugged it in to charge and it got soooo hot soooo quickly... I was very scared. I thought to myself..hmmm this is how fires can start... and I decided that either it was this specific phone that had an issue or it was the model of the phone and all have issues. So, I ordered the S10+ and guess what? The phone works like a charm... does not heat up at all... not when I play and not when I charge it.... so either the S10 is a bummer... or the phone that I got was a lemon... not sure.. .either way...it went back! ... show more

    • the worst finger print reader ever
it's terrible. every time I have to try 3-4 times to unlock. samsung always makes such stupid inventions, such as screen finger print reader, curved screen etc.
