    • fingerprint reader crashes these phones, screen cracks without warning (2x)
I have had 4 of these phones. LOVE the phone the screen cracked on the last two new ones we bought without warning. No drops nothing banging against it, with an otterbox case and a screen protector on it! The older note 9 I had has NEVER had a problem at all to this day. The other 3 which are newer: screen had lines on it unless on max brightness, screen cracked, fingerprint reader kept crashing phone, then screen cracked. Only the original one I have remains intact. I bought them all here, something must be going on because I would Never recommend buying one now. FYI the screen repair costs more than the phone! Please let me know an alternative with a more durable screen if anyone knows. ... show more

    • Arrived in one day, activated easily. All good.
We are Verizon prepaid customers. My husband was having difficulty with his phone and we did not want to pay $1200 for a new one. This phone was brand new and still very respectable specifications. It arrived on one day and was in a sealed box. It had a charging cable, earbuds and adapter to connect to transfer data. Battery was totally discharged so first I charged it up - it has been holding its charge fine. I went onto the Verizon App and to the change phone section. Entered the imei number and the sim card number, switched right over. Than I switched the sim card from the old phone. Restarted the phone and it switched right over, immedietly accepted calls and texts. The included adapter said it was incompatable but I downloaded Samsung Smart switch on both phones than just set them close to each other and they transferred all the data. Honestly the easiest switch I have ever done and mu husband loves his phone. ... show more

    • Verizon phone with none of the Verizon apps installed
Phone came 2 days later than it should have! Advertised as Verizon phone but has none of the Verizon stuff on it! Put a Verizon sim card in it and it doesn't work...won't connect to the network!

Definitely would recommend this phone. The camera is better and the s pen is a plus. I received this phone in a timely manner and couldn't believe it was refurbished as it was in a Samsung box with all the accessories. Very pleased and would buy from them again

    • If You're Technology Dysfunctional, Skip This Phone
Nice phone. But be aware it is not unlocked; does not come with a sim card. Three stressful days later, I found I could transfer my sim card from my old phone. I realize I am sadly lacking with technology knowledge but shouldn't this be on the info regarding the phone for us dysfunctional buyers? The charger did not work, why I have no clue and I had to order one, quick! Why? It does work on my husband's wireless charger. I like the phone; might even grow to love it when the stress is over. But if you're like me, CHECK ALL FACTS and ask if you're not fully aware of facts regarding buying phones and what it might entail for you, as a buyer. *Note: I have not been able to get the SNote to work at all on this phone despite googling for any answers.
