Which is engineering / certification firmwareIt’s locked into GCF test modeIt cannot switch CSCIt cannot provision LTE/4G/5GIt cannot run OTA updates It cannot load carrier features I would change the advertisement to up front say this phone only operates on 2G. Hands down this is the best cell phone experience I have ever had, the phone is super quick with it's 12 GB of RAM which is crazy cuz my computer at home doesn't even have 12 GB of RAM, The screen is huge enough to do anything from gaming to playing to work it gets to job done very well. Despin is phenomenal, whatever you thinking about something or you want to write a note down or you got to do is press a button and the pen jumps out ready to take pictures with to control the camera control videos and more. I very highly recommend this phone because they came out with the S22 and a S23 but both of those phones photos don't look nearly close to as good as the photos of of this phone, watch the YouTube video reviews. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best one being the worst this year would be a 20, there is nothing this phone can't handle. ... show more

Just like a say I searched for about 2 weeks for a upgrade from my note 10plus and my wife's note 10. Went 2 Walmart. Com read up on Note 20 ultra and S21 ultra.. finally settled with 2 Note 20z ultra. Placed my order within hours the phone's were already shipped off and I received them 2 days early my hat's off 2 the seller.. we've messed with them on wifi they are great so far data transfers were very quickly and smoothly now going to either do straight talk or Verizon.UPDATE . very happy with purchases running them with straight talk and Verizon they work perfectly. I took out my Sim from my note 10 plus popped it into the note 20 ultra unlocked and it went smoothly 😎. Will use seller in the future ... show more

So far everything is great! Phone looks perfect and phone works perfectly! Really happy so far. I did have a worry, when the phone fired up, it fired up with an AT&T logo which I've never had an unlocked phone do before. I did contacted the seller right away but before they got back to me I read the instructions that came with the phone that basically told me the phone will switch once a Sim card is installed. Once I purchased my new 5g Sim card sure enough, it all switched over to the Verizon set up. Shortly after all of that the seller contacted me and basically reassured me it'll work and how it would go down and was very courteous about it all. Again, great experience so far. I will update if anything changes ... show more
