Hands down this is the best cell phone experience I have ever had, the phone is super quick with it's 12 GB of RAM which is crazy cuz my computer at home doesn't even have 12 GB of RAM, The screen is huge enough to do anything from gaming to playing to work it gets to job done very well. Despin is phenomenal, whatever you thinking about something or you want to write a note down or you got to do is press a button and the pen jumps out ready to take pictures with to control the camera control videos and more. I very highly recommend this phone because they came out with the S22 and a S23 but both of those phones photos don't look nearly close to as good as the photos of of this phone, watch the YouTube video reviews. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best one being the worst this year would be a 20, there is nothing this phone can't handle. ... show more

The phone I received is a model number SM-N986B/DS with an Exynos processor. This model phone, though it works, was made for the European market. Connectivity in the US with this phone is a definite issue. The model SM-N986U1 with the Snapdragon processor is more suited to the American market. Connectivity with the phone Amazon is so bad I will be returning mine. Save yourselves a huge headache and please, read the details on these refurbs folks. Update, downgraded from 2 to 1 star. 3/2/26: Stated processor, Cortex A-8 is outdated and was never placed in a Note 20 ultra. Also, definite battery and connectivity issues across all bands. This has become larger than a typo, this has become a complicit scam. ... show more

Have to say I was very very nervous before receiving this phone . I am a Galaxy Note guy all the way and for the past 4 years I was using a note 10plus (which is a great phone ) So I had my doubts and took my time searching for the last note Samsung made. I gotta say I am satisfied with the condition my note20u is in. Everything works great , I run the phone on its highest settings display wise. I watched movies, played music , and big sized RPG games which it had handled nicely. ** the only issue that has come up this past week since using the phone 100% = the phone will heat up when running it hard / which it's not at a scary temp but it through me off a little. Personally I have fans I set it on to keep the phone cool when it comes to that point, and it's only been 2-3 times it's temp went up a bit. Overall the phone is great and honestly if i wasn't so overzealous with wanting the Note20 ultra I would of kept my note10plus . ... show more

Great condition, appeared new. Already had Android13 which was a plus. Battery life is as expected with a new S20+ when it was new. Very happy and saved me a load of cash.

I'm not a robot and I'm not getting paid for this review. I purchased the Note 20 Ultra. It arrived in really great condition and I was very happy. Unfortunately the ESim feature didn't work. The sellers responded quickly to all of my messages and offered to send a double sim tray. However, the screen started flickering a day or two later. Messaged the seller again and they immediately sent a return label and a message that they would replace the unit within 48 hours of receiving the old one back. Buying used phones is sometimes sketchy business, but these guys are professionals all the way around. Very happy with the care and support I received and I will definitely be buying from them in the future! ... show more

Just like a say I searched for about 2 weeks for a upgrade from my note 10plus and my wife's note 10. Went 2 Walmart. Com read up on Note 20 ultra and S21 ultra.. finally settled with 2 Note 20z ultra. Placed my order within hours the phone's were already shipped off and I received them 2 days early my hat's off 2 the seller.. we've messed with them on wifi they are great so far data transfers were very quickly and smoothly now going to either do straight talk or Verizon.UPDATE . very happy with purchases running them with straight talk and Verizon they work perfectly. I took out my Sim from my note 10 plus popped it into the note 20 ultra unlocked and it went smoothly 😎. Will use seller in the future ... show more
