I like this phone because it's definitely an upgrade from my note 9, but I am a little worried that I might have the same problems with the phone over heating because on the 3rd day of having the phone it got super hot, so I had to shut it down and take off the case. I'm going to keep it for now, but if anything goes wrong with that I hope they'll honor the warranty and replace the phone for me. One other thing, I thought I had ordered the Note 20 ultra, but realized after the phone arrived that I just ordered the regular Samsung Note 20. I don't like the camera, not nearly as good as my Note 9 camera was. I have heard from a few people and reviews that the Note 20 ultra has much better camera, so if I do need to send this phone back, I would definitely want to get the Samsung 20 ultra instead. I am happy with the seller, and everything arrived in good shape. Good service is more important than the product to me. ... show more

The phone is perfect. I cant see any flaws. Perfectly compatible with T-mobile since it is carrier specific which I wanted. No problems using it with the carrier. It immediately authorized it when I transferred my number. Great product great purchase very satisfied. On another note, the phone comes from California and using USPS was rather slow. I received a package from California and it arrived two days USPS. Suggest seller find better resource for shipping. ... show more

    • I just wanted an actual working phone
The media could not be loaded. I was hoping the phone worked good but the screen is messed up badly. I'm assuming the screen was replaced because the screen will be fine then 10 minutes later the screen freeze and it won't let me use the screen after that and I have to wait 10+ minutes for the screen to adjust and work again. lor forbid I need it for an emergency and the screen freezes mid calling someone for help wow. facial and finger print recognition fails a lot. ... show more
