The phone is perfect. I cant see any flaws. Perfectly compatible with T-mobile since it is carrier specific which I wanted. No problems using it with the carrier. It immediately authorized it when I transferred my number. Great product great purchase very satisfied. On another note, the phone comes from California and using USPS was rather slow. I received a package from California and it arrived two days USPS. Suggest seller find better resource for shipping. ... show more

Phone was in good condition and functioned as it should. Was exactly what was described.. only thing bad I can say is the screen glass as well as the camera glass on the back of the phone are not durable whatsoever! Granted the first time it slid just off my lap from a sitting position and landed flat on its back and didn't land very hard or at least I thought with a case on even granted it wasn't the best case money could buy somehow cracked the glass on my screen towards the edge and has since with every little bump and just everyday use has spidered out and 3/4 of the screen now has cracks running across it and somewhere along the road the glass on my rear facing camera has also gotten cracked... wouldn't really recommend this model phone if your looking for it to last without any cracks on the glass from as much as looking at it the wrong way. ... show more

    • Battery got hot, and camera not that great
I like this phone because it's definitely an upgrade from my note 9, but I am a little worried that I might have the same problems with the phone over heating because on the 3rd day of having the phone it got super hot, so I had to shut it down and take off the case. I'm going to keep it for now, but if anything goes wrong with that I hope they'll honor the warranty and replace the phone for me. One other thing, I thought I had ordered the Note 20 ultra, but realized after the phone arrived that I just ordered the regular Samsung Note 20. I don't like the camera, not nearly as good as my Note 9 camera was. I have heard from a few people and reviews that the Note 20 ultra has much better camera, so if I do need to send this phone back, I would definitely want to get the Samsung 20 ultra instead. I am happy with the seller, and everything arrived in good shape. Good service is more important than the product to me. ... show more
