I know the Amazon renewed phones in "excellent condition" may still have minor scratches on the screen not visible from 12" away, or other minor imperfections, but I haven't found anything on this Galaxy Note 10 Plus phone that would tell me it wasn't brand new. This is my 4th Galaxy Note and I really hate changing phones, but this one was super smooth. It was locked to TMobile, I took it and my Note 8 into my neighborhood TMobile store and they had my apps and data completely transferred and my new phone set up exactly like my old phone. I could not be happier. If anything changes during the 90-day warranty period, I'll be sure to update this review. ... show more

I bought a phone suppose to be unlocked as they mentioned in the description and it didn’t work with any carrier or at any country.it is like the sold me a piece of metal??!!.and until now I didn’t get any response to solve the problem from them or from Amazon!!!!!!

    • Finally received the correct phone for Tmobile use
From other listings I previously ordered locked phones (twice) that said they were GSM Tmobile phones but I had to return them right away because I received Verizon phones. I even called Samsung and they couldn't guarantee which one I would get on a referb. Bound and determined to get the phone I wanted to work with my sim I ordered from this seller. YES! It said "Tmobile Locked" and it is! The phone looks and works like new, the battery holds with all my usage and no blemishes what so ever! I simply used "Switch" and everything came over effortlessly (after all the updates that is, LOL) ... show more

The phone came with 0 scratches or smudges! It runs super smooth and the battery is amazing! The fingerprint reader works super fast and the face recognition is so much better than on my old phone.

It's tmobile finally. Been searching for this phone. Renewed had some scratches on the face. Nothing super serious. Also not 5g like reviews posted. This is 4g LTE. Perfect for me. Love the price.

I bought a phone that had problems with the screen in some places the stylus wouldn't write. So I sent the phone back over a week ago and absolutely nothing. No response no refund. Nothing. This is ridiculous. Don't buy anything from them!!!!!

The phone came looking perfect. The phone operated perfect! Until I went to put in the charger! One charger didn't work so I tried another and another. The charging port is obviously defective! Returned will not be ordering another one
