I was really skeptical about buying a renewed phone, especially when it was half the price of the original. However, it came to me properly packaged, with nothing broken.. not even a single scratch! The thing looks brand new, if I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it came straight from the store. I noticed a few reviews saying that they did not received an unlocked version, but a T-Mobile / AT&T version. I didn't have this problem personally, the phone i received was T-Mobile branded, however it was fully unlocked! The only issue I ran into because of that, was my sim card didn't fit so i had to get a new one (but that's my problem, not the phones lol) Setting up my phone with my sim was incredibly easy, was pain free and a breeze (i do use straight talk, so other carriers may vary)! Before switching to this phone, I did have a much older model (note 4), so this was a major upgrade for me! I love the size of the phone, the face recognition, and the samsung themes! This phone is honestly amazing, i'm so glad i chose to give it a chance with the renewed version! Only con from switching is now I'm in with the no audio jack crowd lol, and previous samsung chargers don't fit! But it came with it's own charger thankfully! The battery life is amazing as well! I'm so obsessed with the thing, i've been on it ever since I've received it in the mail and the battery is definitely well held up! So, in summary: Phone is A+, Chef's kiss. Was unlocked and easy to set up with a sim card. Came in perfect condition! + Battery life is amazing! Thank you Soonersoft for selling this amazing phone at such a great price! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The phone came perfectly, literally no scratch. The S pen works well, and I got a fast charging charger, which totally surprised me. I am satisfied with the purchase. The battery does run down faster than I anticipated, but I don't mind that at all......

When I first got mine in the mail it looked great and looked brand new. However, the first time it turned on it was not on the welcome screen. It worked fine until I realize I could not use it for my phone plan with tmobile even though the order said it would be unlocked for tmobile. After a lot of hassle I found out it was locked to Verizon. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement which worked great with my phone plan for 3 months and has now all of a sudden stopped accepting my network again. My service provider did everything they could to fix it but there's nothing to do. Would get a refund if possible. Such a scam. ... show more
