After losing my Fitbit device while working a few months back, I took some time evaluating fitness device options and thought that this Samsung Fit 3 had the most bang for the buck. The only feature it doesn't include that I wish it did were staircases climbed. There is a learning curve to these things (not just this product, but all of them in this category), but after that, it's a pure joy. I love that I can customize the screen, and I have a family photo there and just the date - I don't need friends or clients seeing my number of steps or heart rate! But others may want that on top. Also I love the ability to connect it with my phone, particularly if a call is coming in and my cell is not with me, or to get a text preview so I know if I should jump to respond or if it can wait. Something I don't understand is why there's a screen telling me which audio is in use. I cannot seem to turn anything on or off from the watch, so why show it? I need to hide that tile, it is superfluous, lol. The battery life is nowhere near as long for me as seems to be promoted online. I do have to charge it more than weekly, sometimes every few days. It's great how many different watch bands can be bought to use with this device, too. Overall, this is a good value for the type of fitness watch that it is and I'm quite happy with it. ... show more

For the price this is a great watch. I have to charge it every 4 or 5 days and charging is fast, about 30 minutes. Does everything I need it to do without the insane price tag. I switched the band to something that stretches so it's easy on an off as I work. Communicates well with my phone, though not a Samsung. I do question the accuracy of the pedometer - seems to record steps more easily as the day progresses. Great little watch! I wanted something on the more basic end for features, and this even blows that out of the water! It has a reliable amount of features for the price. The battery seems to last pretty well, too! It charges quickly, is very easy to set up, and was super compatible with my Samsung A25 using the "Gear" app. I use it to get my notifications (which are customizeable through the app, it works well!), track my walking/steps (mostly accurate, but I use my hands frequently during work so it can miscalculate based on that), and for the time. I love the variety of watch faces it has, analog, digital, and custom photo faces as well. It doesn't have calling or other features that more expensive watches have, but it does work well for my needs. I've used "find my phone" already more times than I can count! The only downside is your phone has to be in range of the Bluetooth to use certain features - which works for me most of the time! It still works even out of distance, and will sync up when connected again. I highly recommend this as a basic smartwatch or fitness watch! ... show more
