  • Great fitness & smart watch.
This watch is great, let me tell you why. It's durable, haven't had any issues with it so far. Been using it everyday for about 4 months now and haven't seen any issues with it. I like the color, but not a huge factor for me. The notifications are great and have a lot of customization options. The band it comes with fits my wrist and leaves no irritation. Set up was interesting, upon turning the watch on, it was initially in Spanish, probably due to the fact description says international version.... But anyway, since I have a Samsung phone it auto dected it after I installed the app and then setup was super simple. The battery life is great, it will usually last me about a week or more. And that's without the always on display and while wearing it bed for sleep tracking. I've found the watch to be fairly accurate as far as heart rate and sleep tracking. I would say it's step counting is probably 50 to 60 steps off when compared to my phone. If it had a built in gps it would probably be just as accurate as my phone. You can reply to texts but only with the pre set reply, which you can customize. You can answer/decline calls, but I find it pointless to use the answering feature unless you have a Bluetooth ear piece. I have notice that if you are in a group text you won't receive notifications from it. I don't know if I missed something in set up, or if it just isn't a thing. All together it's a great budget friendly fitness & smart watch. ... show more

  • The fitbit killer
My wife and I have been fitbit fans since the Charge 2 (2016). Before the google purchase, fitbit was a strong leader in lower cost fitness trackers. It did concern us that our fitbits would die frequently (nearly each one we had died within a year from the Charge 2, 3, 4). However after talking with customer service they would send us replacement. So, ok, we can deal with that. (Even though in the past few years you had to provide a ton of documentation including, IIRC, your drivers license.) I had a fitbit 6 that I got for Christmas 2024. Wow, a color screen. LOL. I needed a replacement as the screen on my Charge 5 kept getting dimmer, and dimmer, to the point when I could not read it outdoors and barely indoors. So I was gifted the Charge 6 and it was big step up. But it took me a few months until I realized that the floors option was gone, not just not working, but removed, to make space for other features I could care less about. So I looked around in late June and discovered the Fit 3. So I bought one. I am SO GLAD I did. What do I need? Step counter, heart rate, floors, distance, calories. Oh, and the kicker for me was AIRPLANE MODE. I study various energetic sciences including BioGeometry and the EMF coming from our devices is not benign. I don't wear a tracker to sleep, don't want anything live, and keep my blue tooth turned off unless I am actively syncing. This is what I see comparing Fit 3 to Fitbit Charge 6. What the Fit 3 has as an advantage: Larger screen, airplane mode, beautiful faces, much cleaner UI on the watch and in the android app(s) (I am using this with a Pixel 7 phone). The ability to sync only turning on bluetooth. A few years ago fitbit/google basically said we aren't syncing your fitbit unless you have both location/GPS and bluetooth turned on. Sometimes you could get the fitbit to sync with location off but this was tricky/spotty. What advantages did the Charge 6 have for me, personally. None really. It cost about 3x the amount for the Charge 6 compared to the Fit 3. That's ridiculous. In a head to head comparsion of measurements this is what I see. Fitbit Charge is often slower to start your step counts and the Fit 3 is quicker on that. So you steps counts are going to go up and perhaps the Fit 3 does count some arm motions as steps when it should not. But the Fit 3 is still very close (within 1-3%) with the Charge 6. The Fit 3 tends to undercount calories compared to the Charge 6, I can't tell which is more accurate. On the Charge 6 bluetooth syncing was always a laborious pain taking sometimes minutes to get the past few days of data and often having to turn bluetooth off/on and/or restarts to get it to sync. The Fit 3 is very fast *most* of the time. I did have one instance where the Fit 3 was not syncing in the Health App and I had to open the Wearable app and trigger a sync from there, which worked. The big thing is battery life. I have automatic activity tracking turned on and except when syncing in the evening I keep it on airplane mode. I charged it overnight last Thursday/Friday before I first put it on. It's now Wednesday evening, nearing 6 complete days of use and my battery level is at 55%. That frugal energy use is really good and is on par with the earlier monochrome fitbits. I am very pleased with my Fit 3 purchase. Back in the early to mid 2000's I was very excited about Timex was doing just in digital watches (Iron Man, etc). The Fit 3 harkens back to those kind of days for me when you could get a very full functionality wrist device that looked good, worked great, and was a good deal. This is definitely worth a close look if you don't need an higher priced fitness/communication device that is emitting EMFs into your pericardium meridian 24x7. Well done. ... show more

  • I like it after being a FitBit 6 user for a short period of time
This product is exactly what I wanted in terms of convenience, getting the necessary information: bpm, steps, sleep-snoring tracking, and time. Big informative screen, ease of sinchronization with the smartphone, longer battery lifetime. So then when I got my Galaxy Fit 3, on the contrast with FitBit6 I had before, the first thought I had was: that's what I need - I like it! Before purchasing Galaxy Fit 3 I tried to use Fitbit Charge 6. More features, more preciseness, more advanced - I thought. But actually, I've got problems with synchronization with app on smartphone, display auto-on only in 50% cases, smaller display and contrintuitive user interface, smaller battery lifetime - all of that for the price 2 times more that Galaxy Fit 3. ... show more

  • Returned Due to Consistently Incorrect Heart Rate Measurements
I purchased this watch on September 23, 2025, and returned it on October 19, 2025. The reason for the return was inaccurate heart rate (BPM) readings. To verify its accuracy, I first performed a manual pulse check by counting my heartbeats on my wrist for 15 seconds and multiplying the result by four to calculate beats per minute. I then compared these results with the readings from the new exercise machines at my gym, which have provided consistent measurements. Both my manual pulse check and the gym machines showed a steady 98 BPM, while the watch repeatedly displayed around 131 BPM under the same conditions. ... show more

  • Galaxy fit 3 watch
This Samsung watch has proven to be an outstanding replacement for my old Samsung watch, which had developed battery issues over the years. I am particularly fond of the smaller size, which is more comfortable to wear on my wrist. The watch offers a wide range of features that cater to my needs, and its user-friendly interface makes it simple to operate. Although the band may have some drawbacks, it performs its intended function adequately. Overall, I highly recommend this watch, as it provides a comprehensive suite of features that will appeal to most users, including multiple exercise tracking options, water consumption tracking, timers, alarms, calendar, weather, sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, stopwatch, camera remote, and more. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and am confident that others will be equally impressed. Additionally, the battery life is noteworthy, lasting several days without needing to be recharged. ... show more
