I was hesitant about these, no wing tips (like my buds plus) and used. Would they fit in my ears? Would the battery be in good condition? Well, my fears were put to rest pretty quick. They stay in my ears perfect, are comfortable, and practically brand new. Onto the details. Sound: Very nice. I am able to hear instruments that I didn't hear so clearly on the buds plus. And these are a fair bit louder. The first ear buds I've had where I don't feel the need to max the volume, and I've been using earbuds since they were invented. Bass is strong for ear buds as well, and they don't have any noticeable distortion. Comfort: Very comfortable, but this is a your mileage may vary sort of thing. Battery: At slightly above half volume I got 14% battery usage in one hour without ANC. That would translate to 7.14 hours of battery life. Turning down the volume it's very likely I'd get the advertised 8 hours. So, the battery hasn't degraded very much despite being used. If you need more than 7 hours of uninterrupted listening and want to use these with volume above half, I wouldn't recommend these. That said, the case charges them very fast, so if you're fine taking a few minute break in such a long listening season, or you don't plan on listening longer than 7 hours then you're not gonna have problems. Controls: Very sensitive and accurate. Can still use the ear tap to raise and lower volume. Nice and customizable. No complaints. Features: I've got no complaints, though I don't buy head phones for features. That said, ambient mode sounds very accurate. Much better than the buds plus. Active noise cancelling is a nice feature to have, though it's not my thing. Connectivity: I haven't tested the exact limits, but Bluetooth 5.3 definitely allows you to move pretty far from your phone without losing connection. With my old buds plus I felt tethered to my phone. Sure, I could move a few feet away, but with the buds 2 pro I can move a lot further than that. This is awesome. Overall, I'm sure there are better headphones nowadays, but if you like the controls of Samsung's ear buds, you want loud clear ear buds with good connectivity, and you don't mind the aforementioned battery limits, then these are a great deal for the price.

The earbuds work Great, they connect to my Galaxy phone seamlessly. They are refurbished. There is partial grip missing when it came, but that is not affect the performance of the earbuds. They work flawlessly. I purchased refurbished because I'm pretty hard on them. I paint for a living But they work amazing.

Better than the 3's, BY FAR! I own both. The reason i bought the Buds3, is because i accidentally washed these ones. When i ordered new ones, i looked at the reviews, and figured i was getting an upgrade.. NOPE! Don't get me wrong, the bud3's are good.. But these are easier to control. They don't have a stem, so i can use just one finger. The buds3 have a stem, so i have to use a thumb and finger, and i have a very small window for error. Also, i have a lower vocal register. These picked up my voice, perfectly! The Buds3, people have a hard time hearing me, so i have to talk louder.. Not ideal for private conversation..

Be careful what you buy and don't always trust refurbished. Definitely not trying this again the case look like it was survived from a washing machine or dropped a numerous amount of times. Can't even connect properly wireless charging.

One of the best headphones I’ve ever had. They deliver great sound quality and perform really well. The only downside is their physical condition, which doesn’t look as good as expected, but aside from that, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made.

I purchased 2 other sets. The first one was counterfeit, the second one came and didn't work. I received these, they were legitimate. They worked perfectly in great condition. You have to be careful if someone's advertising them for far under a $100. They're probably counterfeit, especially if they say that they're Phantom black. Samsung didn't offer the airbud pro twos and Phantom black. For what you get for 30 to 60 etc on these websites, you're better off going to one of those sellers in buying a cheap pair for 9 to 15 dollars. Cause, that's what they amount to These work great, and it's nice having them on the samsung.Wearable app, the counterfeits do not do that

Love these buds. Was at a theme park Saturday and they fell out of my pocket while on a Roller Coaster. Immediately ordered a new pair while exiting the park lol. They're comfortable. Noise canceling is great. Great for audio/music streaming. I rarely talk on them but they're decent for that so long as you speak loudly and clearly. Because of that, my case can go over a week without charging. The buds themselves can go days. My only "con" with them are the touchpads (for commands etc) are a bit sensitive. I've accidently hung up on people for simply pushing them back into my ear.

So first off I want to say this product absolutely is in my opinion. Probably the best pair of wireless headphones on the market and although that is very subjective I'll give you a couple reasons y So first my benchmark I had the Apple AirPod pros for Well basically since they came out this is my replacement earbuds Number 1 their water resistant in fact statistically from my understanding they are the only single. IPX7 water rating on the market at least in regards to actual certific water resistance for earbuds All the other options basically just claim their water wicking you can take these puppies in the shower without any issue 2 the price point alone for the pros is basically middle of the road compared to all the other earbuds on the market I don't care what you say at the end of the day. If you're buying $20 earbuds you're getting $20 earbuds sound quality in my opinion, the sound quality in these really isn't that much less than the Apple AirPod pros I want to say probably just a little maybe but they're almost $100 cheaper The noise cancellation is exactly the same and the transparency mode is exactly the same 3 and they're also much lighter weight then pretty much all the other options and I don't really have a problem with them staying in my ear when I work out with them I will say for the negative the stem on the Apple AirPod pros probably in my opinion is better then the tap function on the earbuds but it's really not that big of a deal There is one negative con to these earbuds however when you put a single earbud in your ear you can't use the transparency mode like you can with the AirPod pros and from my understanding this is simply just a software issue not even a hardware issue so I have no idea why they chose not to do this at the end of the day it really does come down to ecosystem if you have an apple, go with the apples they just work better but if you use practically any other phone I would recommend this I constantly had connectivity issues with my Apple AirPods with my Samsung and my Google Pixel fold now these earbuds connect perfectly fine another small con for these earbuds they're so lightweight with the plastic housing when you drop them, they're going to bounce like bouncy balls 😂 and they have literally gone everywhere however, this is just my review and I recommend them
