Samsung surpasses apple airpods in almost everything. These are comfortable and after a year of almost everyday use they stay secure and sound amazing! The noise cancellation could be better but once your music's playing you won't hear anything else. My favorite feature is ambient sound, which uses the microphone to transmit what you're hearing over the Bluetooth audio. I work around heavy machinery and this an absolute game changer. The battery is pretty good and I can normally make it 6 almost 7 hours before I run out.(more if ambiant sound is off.) They also charge fast about 10 to 15 minutes. if you have a wireless charging station all the better just plop them down and let them charge. The case is solid and stays firmly shut. The only real con is the sensors. I normally have to twist the left earbud a little before it registers as detected. It will still play audio but can't use ambiant sound until it registers or tap functions. Cleaning seems to help this issue. I have a pair of these that I bought new. I have had them for years and love them. My son wanted a pair, saved his birthday money to buy them himself and knew he was getting a renewed pair and not new. As soon as he received them he connected only to find out that the left bud did not work. Upon removing the rubber ear piece it was obvious that the left earbud had been damaged. Product is defective. The case condition was poor and they do not stay connected. I've been using them the past hour and the connection keeps dropping which is an issue I've never had in the past. These are very poor quality for a refurbish.

This buds are great for hearing music. No complaints at all. We bought another pair back then when they came out,sadly they died on the washing machine. These one are mostly to listen to audio which is great. I won't recommend them to make phone calls. Gets really choppy and robotic. We replaced them twice originally when they were under warranty and making calls they unfortunately are no good. These ones are for listening to audio not for talking so for that purpose they are great. ... show more

I was so bummed when I couldn't find these in the store anymore. the new pair I purchased simply did not fit right. I am now going to see if It is possible to refurbish my old pair as well. so happy right now!!

These are comfortable almost everyday use they stay secure and sound amazing. The noise cancellation is great. The battery is excellent and I can normally make it 6 almost 7 hours before I run out. They also charge fast about 20 to 30 minutes. Great product.

Like the shape of the ear buds. Fit my ears niceley since I've had jaw surgery and my eara aren't quite the same as before sound is good not amazing but serves it's purpose rising the bike on the highway

    • Left ear bud issues
I bought these as a replacement for my husband's first pair, which were great for the last few years until the left ear bud started losing volume. Since he uses the left one the most, it wasn't a big deal. However, I just bought these within the last 2 weeks and the left one is already losing volume. Maybe this is a Samsung ear bud problem because with my first pair (same as these, but blue), the left ear bud completely died, and my new pair (Galaxy Buds Pro) are losing left volume as well after a few months of light use. ... show more
