These are really nice and they look new. I had to change to a smaller ear piece but that was no problem because you get 6 extras of different sizes. The sound quality is the best I have ever had. I can't wait to try the mic capabilities. They are also comfortable which I can't say for most ear buds. I am not sorry I bought them.

For several reasons I have had a really hard time looking for buds. I didn't even look for them for a long time because I knew it would be a tough journey. In-ear headphones have ALWAYS hurt my ears, they never fit right -- when the bud part is interchangable I have used all the sizes and they always pop out of my ears after a few minutes. Not only did these fit right out of the box (I didn't have to use the other sizes), they sound AMAZING which I wasn't aware of at first because I MOSTLY use these for work calls. But one day I decided to focus on work by putting on some tunes using these instead of the speakers in my house, then I turned it up and I couldn't believe how amazing they sounded. THEN I proceeded to rock out and with all my dancing and shaking my head, they STILL didn't fall out! I've been able to wear these for 1-2 hours without pain and I am just incredibly impressed. Also, I bought the Amazon refurbed ones for cheaper and really have not had issues. I am sad they only pair with one device at a time, I did like my older Bose over-hear ones for being able to connect to my phone and computer at the same time for calls and such, but it's the only drawback. I'm not sure if newer models began to incorporate this? For the price, I do not regret buying this model.

I love these. They have become apart of my anatomy at this point lol. Bought a cool hard case cover with clip and they're always with me. Fit great. Look great. (Silver is the best) Got them cheap and practically new through Amazon Renewed. Sound great. Can use individually. Only issue I have is battery life but like I said above. I use them alot and for several hours at a time. They have become my new ears lol. Waiting until Buds+ drops in price to upgrade for the better battery life.

These are a great value for the money. I had the original Galaxy Buds that came out in 2018 and loved them, even though they have had issues (one bud has better sound sound quality and volume than the other). This pair came and I have NO complaints! Even tone and volume, same quality as all Samsung brand items and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! As far as noise cancellation goes it's great for ambient sound but I haven't tested it out beyond the simple phone call.

I really enjoy these. They stay in my ears while mowing, jogging, etc. I did get the "refurbished" set so the battery does not hold as long, but I have never worn them long enough for the battery to completely drain. For the price and quality, I would definitely buy again!

I purchased a refurbished set of Samsung Galexy Buds. After using them for less than 15 minutes, the left ear bu shut down as if it lost power. In the app, it showed the bud as having an error but would not reconnect. After placing both buds back into the case, disconnecting and reconnecting them, it showed a battery percentage of 55% in left ear and 95% in the right. Thinking it was a fluke, I repeated the whole process again. Again, the left bud shut down this time after less than 2 minutes. (No, I was not pressing buttons!) This time it showed a battery percentage of 80% in left ear and 95% in the right. Needless to say, my refurbished purchase was just a lemon.
