    • Very good if you have a Samsung device
Overall, I was unsure of what wireless headphones to get since reviews on other ones would be overly good or bad and I had never bought any before. So after researching different ones, I decided on these ones and was not disappointed at all. With these, they paired perfectly with my Samsung S8 with little to no effort. They charge very quickly and have a very long battery life. So far I've gone at least 8 hours until the battery even gets to a low enough for me to think about changing it soon. Sound quality is not the best, but it is still very good. On my phone, the sound had been considerably low when talking into it directly, so having headphones was necessary for me (also since its not stated anywhere, these do have a microphone). These do cancel out background noise very well, but for some things, even with the volume at the highest setting, it can still be slightly lower than I would like but still not bad. If you're looking for ones for music, these would work fine but there are probably better ones out there. They stay in your ear very well, and come with different size wings if you need to switch to a smaller or bigger size for them to fit more comfortably. I have no worries about them falling out and feel like they would be good if you were thinking of getting these for the gym or other outdoor activities. The only thing I dislike is that it seems these particular headphones are only able to pair to other Samsung devices. They were not compatible with my PS4 like I hoped they would be. ... show more

    • Great sound quality and functionality
I was a bit late hopping on the wireless earbud trend, but I finally bought these and am overall pleased with these Samsung Wireless Earbuds. The sound quality is superb and the battery life is pretty good - you don't need to charge them after every use since they charge when you close the case, unless you're using them for long periods of time. I like that they automatically connect to the bluetooth on my phone when I open the case. These are extremely convenient for when I workout and listen to my podcasts, without the hassle of the typical wired earbuds. Being able to pause my music/podcast remotely is a feature that I am loving. The only downside I've experienced with these are that when I wear them for too long they tend to hurt the part of my ears that hold them. They are noticeably bigger than regular earbuds, and understandably so with all the capabilities it has, but unlike regular earbuds I prefer not to wear them to sleep in. Overall, I consider this a worthy investment and would recommend to Samsung fans like myself and anyone looking for some quality wireless earbuds. ... show more

These are comfortable. Have great sound quality. Noise cancelation is good. Complaint: 1 bud stopped working after a month. Troubleshooting did not fix. The buds are clean and well cared for. Kept in case when not worn.

    • 3 Years In and Microphone no longer works well
These started great! I used them for calls and listening to music and podcasts and most importantly people could hear me clearly when using them. Three years in and people can’t hear me well any longer when I use them. About to buy a new option unfortunately.

I'm a huge Samsung fan. Have all kinds of their products so figured I'd spend the few extra bucks to get these headphones to use with my S20. Battery life is actually pretty good and case does a great job of charging them but for the price I was hoping for a little better sound quality. My main complaint though is that I use these while I'm mowing and whenever I turn and have the sun on my left side, the left headphone continually beeps like I'm trying to press it and after a month or two it actually pauses the music like I did tap it just from the heat of the sun. I finally just had to turn the touch settings off when I'm outside and its sunny which is all the time in Arizona. ... show more

    • Great earbuds overall!
I have had these for a little while now and really don't have any complaints. They really surprised me with how well they work with calls and the noise cancellation is amazing! They have never fallen out of me ears even while running and they are extremely comfortable. The only complaint I have is while I'm running I can hear my foot hitting the ground with every step, this may not be the fault of the earbuds, but I have never had this issue before. I only really hear my steps when running on a dirt / paved road or a sidewalk. ... show more

After having a cheaper version I bought from Amazon, I decided to just buy these since I have the S10 and the gear watch. Literally no setup besides the initial one when adding them to the phone. Everything works fine, appreciate having the ability to switch commands in the app for each bud. Only cons so far I have are the battery life of the case itself. I know it's charging the buds but with light usage this thing seems to need a charge every day, when I only had to charge the others I had every 2 days, but also understand that the technology and sound quality are vastly different from the cheap ones ... show more
