My first pair looked brand new but the functionality was poor. The buds didn't last even an half hour. The left bud died in 10min and the right in 20min. I sent them back and ask for a refund but they shipped me a new pair. The new pair were obviously used and damaged but I didn't buy them for the look. They work 👌🏾 perfectly. Honestly I think these were samsungs best earbuds. They always get it at first but try to keep up with the competition and miss and there new products. These with my galaxy S10 plus was amazing. Probably the best phone and earbuds they ever made hand down. Thank you, fast shipping, 2 days more like a day and a half lol. Would recommend and buy again and again ... show more

    • Very good if you have a Samsung device
Overall, I was unsure of what wireless headphones to get since reviews on other ones would be overly good or bad and I had never bought any before. So after researching different ones, I decided on these ones and was not disappointed at all. With these, they paired perfectly with my Samsung S8 with little to no effort. They charge very quickly and have a very long battery life. So far I've gone at least 8 hours until the battery even gets to a low enough for me to think about changing it soon. Sound quality is not the best, but it is still very good. On my phone, the sound had been considerably low when talking into it directly, so having headphones was necessary for me (also since its not stated anywhere, these do have a microphone). These do cancel out background noise very well, but for some things, even with the volume at the highest setting, it can still be slightly lower than I would like but still not bad. If you're looking for ones for music, these would work fine but there are probably better ones out there. They stay in your ear very well, and come with different size wings if you need to switch to a smaller or bigger size for them to fit more comfortably. I have no worries about them falling out and feel like they would be good if you were thinking of getting these for the gym or other outdoor activities. The only thing I dislike is that it seems these particular headphones are only able to pair to other Samsung devices. They were not compatible with my PS4 like I hoped they would be. ... show more

I was a bit late hopping on the wireless earbud trend, but I finally bought these and am overall pleased with these Samsung Wireless Earbuds. The sound quality is superb and the battery life is pretty good - you don't need to charge them after every use since they charge when you close the case, unless you're using them for long periods of time. I like that they automatically connect to the bluetooth on my phone when I open the case. These are extremely convenient for when I workout and listen to my podcasts, without the hassle of the typical wired earbuds. Being able to pause my music/podcast remotely is a feature that I am loving. The only downside I've experienced with these are that when I wear them for too long they tend to hurt the part of my ears that hold them. They are noticeably bigger than regular earbuds, and understandably so with all the capabilities it has, but unlike regular earbuds I prefer not to wear them to sleep in. Overall, I consider this a worthy investment and would recommend to Samsung fans like myself and anyone looking for some quality wireless earbuds. ... show more

If you like to switch your electronic device every couple of years, then do not buy these. They will completely foil your plans. I have beat on them since 2020 and they still work excellently. As some examples, I have dropped them on the parking lot numerous times, I have worn them in 40 degrees below zero, I have dropped them in a tub full of water, I have dropped them in a sink full of water (more than once), and most recently I sent them through the washing machine. Nothing stops them. They are the unstoppable force that defeated the immovable object. They still work like the day I purchased them. I only wish I had not thrown away the replacement rubber, since that will likely wear out before the mechanical/electronic functionality. ... show more

I have many sets of wireless and wired headphones and these are by far the worst I have ever tried - I love samsung products I have galaxy phones and half dozen samsung tvs etc but either I got a defective set or they really dropped the ball on this one - absolutely no volume - I compared with same devices and different headphones to be fair and these have no way to turn them up to half the volume of any other set - noise cancellation was non existent - the equalizer was a joke bass boost was the only setting that didnt sound like it was inside a tin can and even that was not good - I will say that they are very comfortable and fit my ears really well it's a shame i have to send them back when I was hoping to splurge and get a nicer set of headphones that I was used to ... show more

Update 12/2024 I've had these for 4 and 1/2 years and they are still going strong. I use the right earbud every day to listen to the news or book while I'm walking the dog. Purchase July 2020: I needed wireless buds that will work for just the right ear. I wear a hearing aid in the other. The buds pair to my phone great for both phone calls and audio books. The pause can be a bit tricky - too hard and it interprets a double tap. This causes 2 beeps which kicks in the skip function in the book I am listening too. It's one tap to get one beep which puts the book on pause. If a calls comes in while listening pretty seamless switch over. ... show more

I finally pulled the trigger with some Bluetooth headphones.. I'm a audio and electronic enthusiast to put lightly. Though I have a hard time putting over a bill on accessories. I'd wanted bose, didn't like them. Beats(Powerbeats) I'll never think toward buying. These Sammy buds fit the bill. These fit just snug in my ears and still am able to fit my desktop over head closed ear g933s and listen to music while gaming or whatnot. These will come in handy at work as well. Whether driving or operating heavy equipment with the ability to still hear ambient noises. I'd recommend these if you have samsung handheld devices without second taking my thoughts.
