I like these headphones a lot but I know for certain they are not new. The headphones did not come in a case. It came in a plastic bag with an LPN barcode. LPN barcodes mean it has been used and or bought before and returned. I paid for new headphones, not used ones. That also means the product was inspected for damage to see if the product was also Reselllable. The reason I bought new ones because I misplaced my last pair but just found them. I LOVE these earbuds! So nice I bought em twice!! But now they are both trash. I bought 1 pair (Black) in July '21 then bought another (Red, current review) in May ('22). Within 1½ of having the Black ones, both earbuds died. Then shortly after that, the left earbud on the Red ones quit on me leaving the right one all alone. I tried all the recommendations, to no avail. I love everything about these buds, best on the market (IMO), but if they are only going to be "great" for about a year (or less) I can't afford this love affair, I'll have to move on and find another love. ... show more

Soonersoft has fantastic customer service and an overall A+ rating. The earbuds came promptly with case and some spare ear tips. The seller was friendly and reached out to see if everything came safely which they did. Along with the case came charging cable and wall adapter. When I had some issues with the ear tips the seller promptly sent out extras as quickly as possible. The galaxy buds did need changing when they arrived but the sound quality is nice. There was some surface scratches on the case from the previous owner, but no damage to the earbuds themselves. 1st pair recieved didn't work. Only 1 earbud would work. Contacted seller and they sent replacement along with all the materials to send the bad pair back. New pair that came in worked with no issues. Overall good experience and good customer service.
