Looks new, works amazing. Battery on the buds last 9-10 hours, maybe 6-7 with ambient mode on. More battery than I'll need in one sitting. Case battery is great too. Sometimes they do require wiggling to make sure they're connected. Sound is good, lacking some base and fullness but adequate. Ambient mode also works well. It is a little tinny (normal for the buds) but not too loud or distracting on the low setting. High pitches are somewhat amplified compared to lower pitches but not irritatingly. The galaxy buds 2 egg shape was wrong for my ears but these buds + fit perfectly and only hurt a little after several hours. Had a different refurbished pair from another listing that did not perform well but this pair works like a dream.

This is my 4th set if this earphones that shows how much I love it, I keep losing them but I careless about that, this is the best bang for my buck I ever tried, bass is more than adequate, high sounds great, and the noise from outside is non existence once you get the volume up, battery life is good enough, love how fit on the ear and yes you can run and jump without fear of falling off your ear, yes occasional rain is ok, I use to ride bike and the sweat is not problem at all if you clean it after use. The wearable app really help to customize bunch of stuff too. May be the buds pro are better, but I doubt is gonna be twice better and since this refurbished ones cost less than half of the price of the pro's the buds plus are my pick. I never said are the best or have no flaws, but buds plus fit more my lifestyle as an active on the go person. Update: still thinking galaxy buds are the best thing since slide bread, but this refurbished units are becoming worst with the time, the last 3 sounded lower on one side than the other, i can fix that from time to time but few never went back to the old great balance, my daughter ones that get blasted several hours a day still sounds like the 1st day years after she got it. Was tired of the annoying unbalanced sound so went and buy the buds pro, boy what mess, those cannot stay 1 minute on my ears without moving, could no even walk without those getting loose, got the buds plus 2, same problem, got the beats those sound significantly louder but too bassy,but on the same time even worst none of those lasted 3 days on my test, is insane how ppl use something so easily to get drop or lost by just walking or nodding your head, is a extremely uncomfortable sensation. Back to the topic, if you're under budget get the refurbished, but in my humble opinion you're better getting the galaxy buds plus on NEW to avoid the annoyance of dealing with bad quality refurbished products.

The noise cancelation is great! Ambient sound quality is the best I've experienced so far. And that is important in my line of work. Aerostructures... The battery life isn't bad. I've had a lot worse and better. They last through most of a 10 hr. work day, so not bad. The sound quality is glorious. Not the loudest buds. But plenty loud enough to hear over rivet guns, pneumatic drills, grinders, and industrial sanders. Best quality buds I've owned. I recommend getting some Galaxy Buds+. Next time I'm planning to try the Galaxy Pro buds. If they're better than the +, I'm looking forward to the day!

The sound quality was great out of the box. The battery lasted most of my work day with the occasional charge near the EOD. the ability to have the earbuds emit a tone to locate them was invaluable as well. my issues with the earbuds were: the removable rubber earbud "fittings" were a bit easy to remove, sometimes staying in my ear, or falling off in my pocket (while not in the case). The sensor it uses to determine if its still in your ear was a bit sensitive, so it paused often (very annoying if listening to a live stream). Lastly and the reason I am sending them in today under warranty ( i highly suggest you buy one) is the sound quality and level have severely decreased. I clean them often and it appears that they are not as dust/earwax resistant as they claim. the only way to restore them (according to youtube) would be to remove the metal screen with a needle and clean behind it. Which I am certain would void any warranty.

I got this before lasted for a few years and it was nice. Then I got raycons since all those ads worked on me and the right earbud under one ear and would connect from the case. This doesn't and sounds amazing even after a few years and when my first pair died and the raycon failed me I got these again since the earbuds are expensive and aren't earbuds like these. Very good battery life and the only issue is the case charging things will oxidized so make to clean it.

I absolutely love these earphones. They came in practically new and neatly package. The noise canceling is perfect for studying and the sound quality is very clear. I did have a problem tho when one earpiece stopped working. (I mean it is refurbished so theres always a possibility of a problem) I thought I was gonna have a problem with the customer service based on experiences with other sellers. However this seller was prompt in response and offered immediate assistance. I really appreciated the clear communication and friendliness of the seller. I got an replacement and can say that the seller is definitely reliable. If you're gonna buy a refurbished item, buy from them!!!

Love this earbuds, the sound quality is amazing, it doesn't have noise cancelling but I dont need just keep in mind that. They are very comfortable!
