I purchased the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 advertised as “refurbished – excellent condition,” but the item I received didn’t match the listing. The charging case has multiple scratches, looks worn, and the color is noticeably faded, which does not reflect a like-new product. Additionally, the package did not include the charger or the replacement ear tips, even though these accessories were clearly stated in the description.     • Waited way too long to go wireless
I decided it was time to buy myself some wireless buds and a friend recommended Galaxy Buds. So I did some research and found the 2 Pro seemed like my best option, but they were pretty expensive, then I discovered Amazon refurbished! I bought mine refurbished like new. When I got them, the case and tiny gaps in the buds did still have traces of earwax so I cleaned them up with rubbing alcohol, no big deal. They looked great regardless. I also had to reset them so they weren't still connected to the previous owner. Minor oversight for the price I got these beauties for. I mainly use these at work so I can't have more than one in at a time which is important since the ambient and noise canceling features don't work unless you're using both. First, the way the buds fit in my ear block sound out really well without the noise canceling feature. Sometimes I have to readjust the position so they don't hurt my ear but once they're in place, they're snug. It is a little hard to get them back out since they conform so well to the shape of my ear, so I've dropped it a few times. They bounce but are resilient so no damage so far. Also, I have them programmed so the volume is controlled by long presses so I accidently long press the touch pad when removing them and often put them back in to either loud or silent music depending on the ear I'm using. The tap feature is responsive but you need to be precise, however, one tap instead of the intended two simply pauses the tunes. No big deal there. This is my first pair of bluetooth buds so I'm not sure if it's normal, but these can tell when they're in your ear and will stop the music when you take them out. The battery life even without the noise cancelling feature isn't enough to last the whole day without being put back in the case, but a quick 10 minutes in the case charges them up quite a bit and the power in the case allows me to go days without plugging it in. Not to mention, using just one means I can switch it out if it goes battery low. Overall, I love these buds. Buying refurbished saved me so much money on a quality product that I will be using until I break them or they die. Worth it! ... show more

First time buying from this seller and I am impressed! They're better than I expected! They came in almost perfect condition, the only signs of them being refurbished are the box and one ever so slightly discolored earbud (which is not a problem to me). Came with a charger cord and different size buds. Arrived with a nearly full charge! Included a set of instructions in the box as well which I appreciate. Other than the fact that these earbuds fall out while talking (I have small ears though) I really don't have much to complain about with these earbuds. They're honestly the best I've ever used, the sound quality is AMAZING and the the noise cancellation feature works very well, its hard to hear your surroundings or anyone else talking. The same goes for ambient mode, I can hear my self and others clearly without much distortion. They don't take long to charge the buds individually, and the case charges fast as well through wireless charging or through the power cord. I was honestly was very skeptical on buying refurbished headphones. When I had gotten them they had just a little bit of ear wax Residue on them witch to me wasn't a big deal I just took some rubbing alcohol and gave them a good clean down and good as new. They came in the original packaging witch as well with the charger and the interchangeable silicone ear tips. The case to the ear buds had no scratches or damage to it witch i was very happy about. I had no issues connecting the ear buds to my phone. I use them all the time while I am at work. I can get 5 hours of using them before I have to pop them back in the case to give them a little charge and continue on with my day. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods at a time and they arnt like my old galaxy buds 2 where they are always poping out of my ear. I have had them for about 3 months now and I haven't had any issues with them. I am 100% happy with the purchase. ... show more

I have only owned these for a week but they seem to be perfectly refurbished. Connection with my s24U has been seamless, I'm pretty impressed with the noise cancelling. The fit has been great, better than my airpod pros that I had before switching over from apple. I really like the option of the tapping on the sides or back of my ear for volume control, but the actual precision of it has been hit or miss. IDK if it's them being refurbished or newish technology, OR because I tend to try to do it while lying down (typically on one side) so that may affect its ability as well.
