  • Love it!!!
They must be working great bc the person I bought them for hasn't complained once. She's always using them!!! Would buy again.

  • They actually stay in your ear!
I had gotten the Buds Pro initially. Even after purchasing additional ear tips Buds Pro would not stay. The Buds Live stay in my ear !! Would definitely recommend. The sound quality is the same as the Pro Version. The noise cancellation isn't as noise canceling as the Pro Version, however, that's not really a pain point for me because I'd rather hear whats going on around me especially if I'm out jogging or just public in general. ... show more

  • Great
They do the job and securely stay in your ear while doing the most! I like them. One of my ear lobes gets a little uncomfortable after a while but then you adjust them. Sound is great, however after reading reviews and receiving them for myself the noise canceling feature might not be better than the ear buds that go I'm the ear with the rubber sealing. ... show more

  • Well made but can be difficult to adjust
I really like these earbuds, they look good, and feel premium made. They connected to my Samsung S22 perfectly, and I haven't experienced any dropped connections. The sound quality is really good. They are more opened ear by design so you will have some external sound that sneaks in but again they're sort of designed that way. Speaking of design, I love how these are designed and look. Definitely unique in comparison to other buds out there. The buds themselves are small and so is the case. Battery life is decent. Here's why I didn't give them 5 stars. Getting them to sit in your ears can be challenging. I had to watch video on how to seat them properly to understand how to adjust them once inserted in your ear. My ears are not symmetrical, so I can get the left one to fit almost perfectly, at least in comparison to how they look on the perfect ear models in the video I watched, but the right ear I cannot get to seat properly. The design of these is not just unique but is supposed to be functional. They are shaped like a bean to fit perfectly in that similarly looking space in your ears. The problem is the silicone wingtips they provide do not do an adequate job of adhering to the space they are meant to. I also feel that Samsung could have supplied more than two sizes of wingtips to compensate for different shaped and sized ears. So, I like the earbuds overall, but use them passively. I would not workout or go for a run with them in because of that inconsistent fit issue. None the less I would recommend if you're just looking for a nice set of earbuds to use around your house or office where you need to still hear some of the background environment sounds. ... show more

  • Good sound, strange fit
Sound and software interaction with Galaxy S22 Ultra is great via the Samsung Wearable app

  • Great earbuds
These are great. They are my preferred over other brands. I bought these as a gift but I have a pair that I have had since they came out and are still working great!

  • Feels amazing to have beans in your ear, but unfortunatly that's all
These headphones have gotten some pretty mediocre reviews on many platforms, but being Samsung's first open backed and non-rubber tipped earbuds was enough reason to get them alone. As bad as Apple's first gen airpods sounded, their one size fit all design perfectly suited my ears. With the ear buds being open-backed, I can be aware of my surroundings and not be plugged in, which works really well for commuting via walking, biking, boarding, scooters, and or bus (but definitely not trains or planes). With that bias being said, here is what I got: Pros: - If rubber tipped earbuds make your ears sweaty and uncomfortable then these can help alleviate that for prolonged use - You can hear your bus stops, if someone is knocking on the door or breaking in, cars, other people, etc. - Mic quality is very good compared to its competitors - Can be worn comfortably when laying face first on pillows - Ear buds and case are not very big, good for storage - The bean design is one of a kind and looks cool when worn Cons: - It might not fit your ear since it's a one size fits all - Active Noise Cancellation is a more of a software gimmick and does a terrible job, don't even bother using it. The only way to do noise cancellation is to turn up the volume and drown out noise; Please do not get these if you need noise cancellation - Takes time to learn how to adjust them to get a perfect fit; important for getting best sound quality - Due to the small size of the buds, accidental triggers for the touch controls on the side will happen a lot. This can be very annoying if you need to adjust the headphones a every now and then to get your fit. Disabling touch features can help, but then you are left with no music control and will have to rely on your phone or smartwatch to do that. Middle-Ground: - Sound quality is on par to 1st gen galaxy buds (On Dynamic EQ), and slightly better then 1st gen airpods. I listen mostly to Pop, EDM, Country, Classical, LoFi, and Alternative. It does average on these genres and does not give u the level/quality of details closed-ended and rubber-tipped buds would. Thus sound quality is just okay unfortunately. - Decent battery - Stable connection - ios/android compatible - Wireless charging Overall as you can see, it felt as if I am just paying for better earbud fit and the unique design. I was a bit disappointed on the sound quality given that I had been using Galaxy Buds for for a year and it did not surpass that at all, but it was definitely more comfortable and I could wear them for longer than 2hrs without having to take them out to let my ears breath. So in the end the question is: Is that worth? ... show more
