After spending a few days with the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, the first thing I noticed was the shift in ergonomics. Samsung has clearly spent some time rethinking the shape, as this version sits much more naturally in my ear canal compared to previous generations. They feel secure enough for a long gym session or a brisk walk without that annoying "plugged" sensation that causes ear fatigue after an hour. It’s a subtle change in the casing, but it makes a world of difference for daily wear. The acoustic profile has definitely taken a leap forward as well. The sound is much more expansive and detailed, especially in the mid range where vocals usually get lost. I’ve been revisiting some of my favorite tracks and picking up on nuances in the production that were a bit muddy on older hardware. The bass is punchy and controlled without being overwhelming, which gives the overall output a very balanced, professional feel that works well for both podcasts and high fidelity music. Visually, the design has evolved into something much more modern and sleek. The new aesthetic feels more intentional and premium, moving away from the "bean" or bulbous looks of the past. The charging case is pocket friendly and the buds themselves have a refined finish that looks sharp without being flashy. It’s clear that the goal was to create something that looks as good as it performs, and they’ve definitely succeeded in making these feel like a high end piece of tech. The integration with my Galaxy S26 has been virtually seamless, which is a huge part of why I stick with the ecosystem. The pairing happened almost instantly the moment I opened the lid, and switching between my phone and my laptop is fluid and reliable. Features like the touch controls and noise cancellation are easy to tweak through the wearable app, and the connection remains rock solid even in crowded areas with a lot of interference. I've had the Buds Pro and Buds Pro 2 before purchasing these. The fit on these are far more comfy than the 1st 2 generations. I have been getting less (practically none) ear fatigue and it actually makes using in ears a more viable option for me when I don'twant to wear over ears. These don't have a tendancy to fall out like my other 2 so that's a great bonus. I travel frequently and the ANC has been good at knocking out background noise from the plane and in airports. Close to what my Sony over ears do. Sounds quality has been good from what people say when I've spoken to them. Battery life is fine, not nearly as good as my over ears, but I don't expect that to be close. I wish this thing would be able to seamlessly connect to 2 non-android devices like my Sony over ears but it's not the end of the world. All in all, I dig it. The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro (2026) are impressive earbuds with clear, detailed sound. The 2-way speaker setup (11 mm woofer + planar tweeter) delivers strong bass and crisp highs, and the Hi-Res audio support with Samsung’s Seamless Codec makes music and movies sound noticeably richer when paired with a Galaxy phone. Active Noise Cancellation works well to block background noise, and call quality is also very clear thanks to AI-based voice processing. The earbuds also include useful smart features like gesture controls, Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity, and AI tools such as translation and voice assistance. Battery life is decent at around 7 hours per charge (up to about 30 hours with the case), and the compact case supports wireless charging. The main downside is that many of the best features work best with Samsung devices, but overall these are a great choice if you want premium sound, strong ANC, and modern smart features in a pair of wireless earbuds. ... show more
