These are great earbuds! They fit much better than previous models and are super comfortable. The noise control is fantastic and the sound is rich and full. They connect to my Samsung phone easily and they have a great range. I have been able to go over 50 feet from my phone without lose of connectivity. I have been happy with the battery life being able use these nonstop for hours at a time. They also recharge fairly quickly in the case. The touch controls are fairly intuitive. The media could not be loaded. The Samsung buds 3 pro sound astonishingly good. I dont know how I didn't have these before but now I do. The battery life is also good they charge pretty fast and instantly connect to the nearest Samsung device. The functionality is good they work as intended in the Samsung ads. I saved 100$ by buying these id say you get great value for these buds. Another thing i wanna mention is that they fit very well if you dont have big ears they fit perfectly. And dont even get me started on the 3 modes. Ambient sounds very good you can use them as a hearing aid. And the noise cancelation is amazing once I activate them noise around me gets quite. But if you want them to work the best Set the earbuds equalizer to dynamic The bass is jaw dropping good. Lastly I wanna say that the 360 audio is a little weird to play around with. These are the best earbuds I've ever owned. They sound incredible. Unfortunately, the first set I had contained a right earbud with a defective battery, but I received the replacement quickly. The case is cool and they fit well. I use them with my Flip 5 and they are seamless. The Samsung ecosystem has been a kind one for me. They don't seem to last as long as the Buds Pro or the Buds Pro 2, but they still last 5ish hours on a single charge. It's only annoying on days when I work with them in my ear all day. They charge fairly quickly, but the case doesn't seem to have as much juice as the old ones either. I feel like I have to charge them deliberately, whereas the older Buds Pros I could just kinda charge the case when I thought about it. None of it detracts from actually performance, though. The bass, for earbuds is amazing! I wear them in my ear all day and have no ear pain. They're comfortable. They connect well and i can walk an impressive distance away and still get a signal. ... show more

Excellent quality! Loving my new earbuds. Sound is terrific, I like that it cancels out the background noise. My last Samsung earbuds would let me know what notifications I would get on my phone while I had them in but these don't. It doesn't have that option unfortunately, they would be even better if they did. Battery life is ok I feel like my last ones lasted longer. Easy to connect to my Bluetooth and these do not come out of my ear which was a big thing for me when purchasing new earbuds. I have small ears and most hurt after a few minutes, I can say these don't bother at all. ... show more

Sound is good, but they constantly fall out, I mean all the time. At first i thought it was only when i was talking, but they fall out all the time, just sitting with them in. Also to push them back in, it hangs up or turns off the buds. What a terrible design. So lame.
