So, received my watch. Not the exact watch...ordered the gray but got the black band. Only received one charger and one that isn't the same as advertised. Don't know if it's defective. I've tried 9 times since receiving to connect to phone without success. I did exactly as the manual stated, no go. I downloaded all the correct software, no go. I have been to 3 different websites and tried their solution, no go. It's not my phone because I can connect other devices without any problem. I even did a factory reset, no go. The, "turn off by touching palm to watch," I've tried several times and it doesn't work either. I'm going to reset the watch one more time and try it again. If it doesn't work this time then I will be returning it. At this point I can't recommend this refurbished item. ... show more
