I would live to be a product tester and test new bands. I love that I can choose different faces. The screen is clear and easy to read. The battery lasts about 2 days as long as it does not come o. With every movement and as long as it is not testing heart rate automatically. Set up was easy, connect to your Bluetooth devise and follow the instructions on the screen.the look of the watch is stylish. The only thing I do not like is the color of the band. Screen was scratched up pretty good, put a screen protector on it and now the scratches are gone.. watch is very nice, it is very smart for a watch..lol definitely recommend buying this watch, just keep in mind it doesn't come like new..

I am really happy with this watch. It is the 3rd Samsung refurbished watch (two Active2 and one 4)I have purchased. I had to return the other 2 because the phone app didn't work on them. Everything works on this watch. I love it. It has a couple of scratches on the bottom but no one can see them.

    • Touchscreen fails after a few months
I've ordered and returned three of these and all three had the same defect after one to two months of use (and a few software upgrades): the watch suffers a "nervous breakdown." It begins to rapidly switch to different screens of the UI without anyone touching the watch. During this time it vibrates continuously as well. One of these watches even sent six text messages, created by the watch, as my wife was sleeping! After returning these, I ordered on Jan. 13, 2024 (and will keep) a Galaxy Watch3 which doesn't have this problem and, in general, works wonderfully. ... show more

    • Not water-resistant
The Samsung Galaxy Active 2 smartwatch and I were an ideal fit: the setup was quick, pairing it with my Samsung A52 was no problem and every recording and function worked as it should. It worked well with all different kind of appsI have and fulfilled all my wishes and desires. Except for the water-resistance. It's supposed to be suitable for indoor pool swimming (5ATM), so I turned on the "water-lock" feature, went for a 15 minute swim at the local YMCA which it recorded effortlessly. Afterwards, I rinsed it off as recommended in the manual, turned off the water-lock and was all happy to see it expell the water as it's supposed to. 5 minutes later, the screen flickered and the watch died. I don't know if it lost its water-resistance during the refurbishing process or if it's just not made for it - despite its advertisement and water-lock function. For me it's a deal breaker, so I took money into my hands and bought a Garmin. However, I still mourn the intuitive setup and how well it can be personalized. I miss the nice little reminders and helpful prompts. We had a short, but good time together, this watch and I. My kudos to the seller, the return worked swiftly and smoothly. I was worried to get push-back, but there was no trouble whatsoever. So this watch is an absolute recommendation if you don't swim and expect it to live up to its claim. ... show more
