For starters, this item was supposed to be renewed, right? Well, it arrived in its original package, factory sealed, and with all documentation. It came with two magnetic chargers, both factory wrapped, as was the watch face. All items were in new, never used, condition! Set up was a breeze. Downloaded both Samsung Wear, and Samsung Health apps. Setting up both apps was easy and took very little time. The amount of stuff you can track on this watch is amazing. Everything from your workouts, of course, to how you slept last night. Reminders for sitting too long, or just to take a quick walk are nice and motivating. There are many free watch faces to choose from, both exercise oriented, or classic style, whatever suits your personal taste. Battery life thus far has been great, too, averaging almost two full days. Charging is a snap with the magnetic chargers provided, just slap it on the back and begin charging. During exercise, the watch constantly lets you know how long you've been in the current exercise, your active heart rate, etc. A complete workout summary is both available on the watch, and on your phone using the Samsung Health app. Weekly totals are presented to you on Sundays for your past week, with complete break-downs on hours, calories burned, exercise times, and how you compare with others whom use Samsung Health. Again, great motivation! I chose the 40mm size version and was hoping it would be large enough to see all the data, it most certainly is. The screen is very bright and highly detailed. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose but pounds and inches.

Y'all, it is a USED WATCH. You need to bring down your expectations. Mine were exceeded because I didn't expect brand new. Quality: I got the excellent condition. Mine was very well packaged. YES, I needed to clean it, as it had some dirt in the screw holes. YES, it has a few scratches on the back that DO NOT affect how well it works. YES, there is a small paint chip on one spot that I already forgot about until I needed to write this review. Charger: charges super fast; I had it plugged in (with the aftermarket magnetic charger it came with) for about 10-15 minutes and it went from 0% to 58%. Watch: it's very light on my wrist. Yes, I can tell I'm wearing it but it's not bothersome. It had a brand new silicone band included that fit my wrist well. I'm not sure the size but I think it's a large, as I have it pretty close to the beginning holes. I can't say how durability is yet, as I've only had it a few hours, but it's withstood my baby puking on it, washing bottles, and changing fluids on my car. I would still suggest a screen protector or case, because none of us want to drop $60-70 just to have it shatter in a week.

This watch itself came in great condition, so far. It also came with 2 chargers which is great. The calls are clear for both parties. It didn't come with a user guide but the watch gives instructions for setup once you turn it on. Once your up an running there is a user guide in the app. I have the 40mm and it is really light on my wrist which I love. The down side for me is how long it takes to fully charge. I am coming from a Fitbit versa 2 which will fully charge in like 30min. Other than that I love it. I haven't really explored the tracking system yet but I will do a follow-up review to update.

Update 8/7/22: cleaned the watch with isopropyl alcohol and it works well. I havent had any issues with any of the functions. The battery life is a little sad and it needs charging about every other day, every day if using the waterproof feature a lot. Otherwise, im quite happy with it. I just received this today so I've only had it an hour or so. It turns on and seems to work so far. It came dirty as evidences by my photos, so I was a wee bit disappointed about that. I would assume if it was refurbished that it would at least be cleaned before reselling. It also came near dead. Had enough power to turn it on and sync it to my phone but I had to charge it before I could actually use it. After cleaning it myself and charging it, syncing it and checking it out a bit, I do like it and it seems to function just fine. I'll update after using it for a while

Amazing refurbished watch. It came in original box and not one but two chargers lol. The battery life is good and the watch came with a brand new band and the watch itself seemed brand new with no scratches or scuff marks. I would definitely buy again! This is not the newest model but its perfect for me and my needs. I don't need the newest tech and its still one of the newer models so I am really happy. It helps me get up in the morning (vibrates with alarm) and if I've been sitting too long it reminds me to get up and move around. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the excellent condition model vs Good.

I expected this to be a renewed item but the quality of the one I received seems it was never renewed or quality checks were skipped/missed. The bezle on this watch has clear cracks in it. This is somewhat acceptable as it was used but one would thing this would be fixed as a renewed item. The worst part about the device is that it's bricked. It's been on the charger for hours now and the only thing that with show up on the screen is pre operating system boot screens. As soon as the boot screen cycle through the watch goes blank and is unresponsive until the power button is held again for 10 second and you get to watch the boot screens again... Just a paper weight. They did send a customer service card with that indicates to call if the product is not satisfactory but the number just goes to a undiscriptive voice mailbox. There is also an email address I will try on this "customer satisfaction" card but my hopes are not high. I have started the Amazon return process but am looking at 14 days before my funds are returned. At this point your better off buying used off Facebook market place or just buying new. I have bought plenty of "renewed" items from Amazon and they have been satisfactory but this feeling like it should have never been shipped out. Very disappointed in this transaction. Also the two charges that come with it are not factory and I am not certain they are actually charging the device effectively. I have a second watched ordered for myself as this one was for my wife and I hope that the experience is not this bad. I will update this review as I get this returned and the other watch comes in. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence and easily resolved.

I'm so happy that Amazon offers deals like this on used/refurbished electronics, both from an affordability standpoint but also an environmentally conscious one. With that being said, you never know what you are going to get with a used product, but I feel like I won the refurb lottery with this one. Clearly someone ordered it, didn't like the color or something like that and returned it. My watch came in all the original Samsung packaging, factory reset or never set up at all, and with both OEM Samsung chargers with the protective film still in place. The watch itself has no damage that I could detect and looks to be in perfect condition. So if you are thinking about purchasing this watch or another item from Amazon refurbished, don't let that word scare you off, 9 times out of 10 you will get an awesome product, and if you don't you can always return it. Now for the watch itself: Like I said in my title, I love it!! The Samsung Active 2 is THE watch I have been hoping for from Samsung, combining all the great features and app support of previous generations of their smart watches (and new ones ofcourse!) with a smaller more minimalist and more comfortable design. They also added back some features from their OG model that had been missing for a while, such as the speaker/microphone to support taking phone calls from the watch. I won't go point-by-point on all the amazing features the Samsung Active 2 has packed into it, because a quick search on YouTube will offer you tons of review videos that can do a way better job than I can! But in short, I can't really say anything bad about this watch, it is everything I wanted and then some! Regarding battery life: so far I'm getting about 2 days of usage out of one charge, which some may not feel like is a lot, and I agree is less than what I have gotten out of older generations of smart watches and fitness trackers. But when you consider all the "work" that the watch is doing, I feel 2 days is definitely acceptable, and is actually right on par with what was reported on even a brand new Active 2 based on my research!

I bought this for my daughter as a birthday gift. She loves it! She can answer phone calls with her watch if her phone is close. She can text, monitor her sleep, steps, stress, oxygen, heart rate! It is also water proof. ( Like you can swim with it!) What an amazing device! It's easy to set up and looks great! She is 11. I was scared it would be to big and bulky but it's not at all! The watch arrived a day earlier than promised so that was a wonderful surprise. Truly delighted with this purchase
