Overall, the watch face itself looks great, the bezel has just a few tiny specks where the paint flaked and one area that looks painted over, but you can barely tell. I was disappointed to see that the band given to us was not the leather one in the pictures. The band also didn’t fit the actual watch so we’re gonna have to buy another one. I'm not a super user, but even without that the watch does really well for reminders to walk and workout tracking! I'm an avid cyclist I'm NYC and I usually forget to set that I'm cycling so the auto detect is awesome. I also love being able to see my message notifications right on my wrist and they even give suggested response bubbles. I've not used it to text, but even the basics make it a worth it purchase in my book. I use a Pixel 5 phone with it and I got the Samsung apps just by making a Samsung account which does not need a Samsung phone to work. ... show more

I bought this watch a year ago refurbished, it came as pictured, excellent condition and worked great. I bought the extended warranty, a few weeks ago the touch screen started glitching, making calls and scrolling through screens on its own. I sent it back, warranty covered it immediately, I ordered another one in "excellent condition", it came and was so banged and scratched up, the color was off, and the watchband wasn't what was pictured or what I wanted, they accepted to return it. So I ordered a new one, also in "excellent condition". Just came today, the bottom part of the watch is very scratched up, the screw holes are caked with gunk, and it has a used leather watchband which I didn't want. I'll be returning this one too and buy it from somewhere else. I get that it's used, but it's gross. Poor quality amazon. ... show more
