PURE GARBAGE - DO NOT PURCHASE. The screen went black and never came back. Within one month of purchase this Certified Defective Refurb, from Amazon and their corrupt partners, became a huge disappointment. A replacement option was not available, only a return/refund - and since the screen doesn't work the phone cannot be factory reset before returning, which makes the personal data thereon vulnerable to further corruption. The seller should be banned from Amazon for selling me 2 defective screen phones and the Amazon refurb program should be discontinued because it results in trash phones being sold as functional and wasting everyone's time. I ordered this Samsung A51 to replace the same model that I've had for the past 5 years after I cracked the screen by accidentally throwing it at the ceramic tile wall in my bathroom. The price is about equivalent to getting the busted screen repaired on my original Samsung A51. My order was filled promptly. Unboxing the phone presented a cosmetically excellent device. Booting up revealed that the latest operating system software had already been installed. I am impressed by havEarly's professionalism. I am very happy with my "new" phone. So we had an issue with the battery not lasting a full day on our Samsung A51 from seller thegadgetdeals. I inform Amazon I want a replacement and they first tell me I only had 30 days to return (it was a christmas gift and christmas was delayed here bc of corona). I had to correct him bc the phone was backed by the Amazon 90 guarantee on refurbished phones. Then they told me I had to go through Samsung, to which I said, I didn't buy it from Samsung, I bought it from Amazon and they roceeded to tell me to hold while they arbitrarily transfered me to Samsung. I speak with them and they tell me I have to deal it Amazon. Duh...then I call Amazon back and they say they can't replace it even though there is still oe available in the listing. They say they cant use that one bc it isnt from the original vendor and the original vendor doesn't have any available on Amazon. I tell them if you can't replace it, you shouldn't guarantee it. It took me hours to go through this nonsense and I finally told them I want a refund along with all the accessories, and they tried so hard to fight me over that too. I finally got them to agree. Please be careful with this so called Amazon guarantee. It's ridiculous what they put me through. ... show more
