I love my Galaxy A51, it was affordable and it is exactly the way it was on the pictures from Amazon. It was my first time buying something from Amazon. It was shipped in 2 days and was delivered on the 6th day. The quad camera is a 4 star, it takes beautiful pictures with clear resolution except when you zoom. It doesn't clearly show the details but I'm not complaining. The space is 128, however, 18GB was already filled with the apps. But I'm not complaining. What I dont like is that after a day or so, you'll need to restart it coz it gets ridiculously slow. Fingerprint sometimes doesn't recognize your finger for like 5 times until you have to use your pin or pattern. Face recognition is perfect. When I set it, it was at night but it works perfectly. What I do not like is that after it has recognized your face, you still have sto swipe to unlock rather than it unlocking after recognizing ur face. The charging adapter its international. I still haven't found the plug for it.. it's not the popular international one. Even Takealot doesn't have it, Game, Incredible Connection Other than that, it works perfectly.. When I came across this phone, I immediately was intrigued by its near-premium performance at a budget price. It claimed to have a 48-MP quadruple rear camera, a punched-in selfie camera, a large screen, lots of internal memory, extended memory, and a top-of-the-line look and feel. It had every benefit of the Android flagship phone at a discounted price. When I unpacked it, the phone did not disappoint my expectations: the camera took high-resolution photos, the screen was bright and colorful, it was running a fancy current android version, and it was handling all of my apps pretty well. Now here are a few things that could have been better. One, the native camera app is a bit slow. And when I say slow, I mean slow. It takes a full second to open. And when you take shots, one needs to wait for the shutter sound and for the photo to appear in the window before one moves the camera to the next spot or subject. Two, there is also no video-stabilization, so while the videos are pretty good, you need to hold the camera super steadily or use a tripod. Additionally, the phone is not water resistant, hence be careful or get a water-proof case as I did. Before I did, I accidentally submerged this phone in a stream near a waterfall. That gave me a good scare because both the cameras and the screed fogged up within an hour. Later the screen went completely blank green and stayed that way for a few days until the moisture inside dried up. The impressive thing is that after drying, the phone survived, and the screen and cameras returned to their normal functions with no noticeable effects. Unfortunately, ATT started sending me text messages that they will not be able to support mobile data on this model soon. They claim it is an enhanced 3G phone that can operate on a 4G LTE network. Not sure how much of this is true. The phone displays LTE or LTE+ signs. Maybe ATT just wants to push a new phone on me. I got this phone for my dad, an upgrade from the Note 5. We got the phone for Verizon, and it worked perfectly. Sim Card slot 1 worked fine for me, I saw some reviews that said Sim card slot 2, but I had no problems on my end, so either should be fine. The phone is exactly as you would expect for a budget phone. My dad will use it for basic things, Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and Texting. Battery life is amazing. My only complaint would be, the phone doesn't come with a setting to add haptic feedback to the menu buttons, but I found a tutorial online which led me to an app that could fix this in the phone without rooting the phone. I personally use a Note 10, if you use this phone, you'll understand the Haptic Feedback on menu buttons. Overall, this phone is great for the price. If you aren't gaming or super tech savvy, this is your phone. You can't beat it. ... show more

I upgraded from a Samsung J1 mini and this larger screen is wonderful, especially with doing Zoom calls now I can see the people very well. The sound quality is great, and the screen is responsive. I took off the screen protector because it was too thick for responsiveness. I will probably use this phone for about 3 years as it has a lot of great features and I do not want to upgrade to 5G. I am not using the facial recognition or fingerprint reader. The camera works great!! Wonderful picture and video quality. I'm satisfied with this phone. The plastic case the phone came with is ok, just clear but it makes the phone sturdier. Long battery life to. UPDATE: This phone is still going strong. It works on the AT&T network even though it is not a 5G phone the LTE/4G works great. I still love the camera because it's still taking great pictures and video. The screen is perfect even though I never replaced the screen protector. I've just started using the fingerprint reader and it's working fine. I know the phone probably won't last another year, but it has served me well. Sound quality is good, calls don't drop, and I'm just really pleased overall with this purchase. ... show more
