This is a refurbished phone and it was listed as such. I took a chance and found out this phone shows ANY photo IE Amazon.com, sd card or internet as a photo negative. I use the smart phone function more than making calls so this issue is bad. Face palm, I found the setting to change back to "normal", the home screen looks correct. ... show more

Is 4G phone. Decent price. Thin, fairly lightweight, fairly comfy hold, esp with the case I bought with textured edges for good grip. Previous phone an old "mini", but went 'dino'. Got this before a trip out of U.S. ⚠️Assumed ATT carried 4G SIMs still, as local tower signal is still 4G, but store only had 5G SIMS! - & guy didn't ask which version this phone was before trying SIM install. Won't work, & blew use of my functioning old phone enabling 5G SIM for use! 😡 (learned long after there's no database as to what phones are which "G" version, & phone internal "info" doesn't specify!🤨- thousands of variant phones among all the brands.) Had to do last min buy there of newer I didn't want- no time before trip to do otherwise- had to have working phone!!💥》》This 4G one's still useful- works on wifi, & useful for backup of my photos from other one. Also extra apps on here & fav podcasts etc. Saves on memory on other phone. Handy for travel in place of tablet for such. Wish I'd known to get 5G version, because I prefer THIS one. Came unlocked but was not able to connect to our home wifi. It took a while to get it connected. Then I was not able to download PayPal, or any bank apps. So took the phone to a phone company. They poked around but was able to figure out why. Even tried various SIM cards. Traveled aboard the phone just came alive. Every app that didn't work in USA worked like a charm. I used a local SIM to be able to communicate with friends & family. Worked well in Singapore, Turkey etc. (Not a paid customer) ... show more
