Don't get me wrong, when my mannequin stand broke I needed something asap & for a good price. For the price & the ratings I had good faith in the product. Unfortunately, the stand doesn't live up to the description. It's not stable at all & where the mannequin head sits doesn't have any strength to it. The slightest pressure instantly shifts the mannequins head. It's not only annoying but makes it 10 times harder to get the job done. Hopefully this helps you all. The one good thing I can say is I enjoy how tall the stand can get. Other than that, I'd keep searching for the price.

The stand is cheap but works. A piece of plastic at the bottom of the metal stand was already broken when I took it out of the packaging, I'm not sure if it is important or just cosmetic, but it still works fine. The ball head included with the stand will not stay still no matter how hard I tighten the screw with my hands, it will stay in place most of the time but when brushing out a wig it will still move and flop to it's side frequently.
