Very fast and excellent phone
I was very apprehensive about purchasing this phone. This due to the fact that some people were saying they had difficulty connecting it to their carriers. I have Verizon and it connected automatically as soon as I put the SIM card in there. It comes with specific instructions as to change the settings if your carrier is not accepting the phone. The phone is very fast. The only complaint I have is the battery that's not last as long as my previous phone which was a much simpler a 54. This is perhaps because I am using the phone more than I was before. Regardless the battery lasts for the day any charges very quickly. I highly recommend it for a mid-range phone. I would also recommend that you choose the eight gigabytes of random Access memory rather than six or the four. In addition I recommend that you pick 516 MB of storage instead of 258. It is worth the extra money. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the phone the videos the sound the speed and memory. ... show more

Definitely an upgrade from trashy phones
A all around good phone, like a jack of all trades, the photos are decent, battery life wasn't an issue day-to-day, and storage is average, not small nor an insane amount.

5 star phone, 3 star seller
Excellent phone for the price. Put in the card and turn it on, instant 5G on the T-mobile network. Call clarity is very good, easy to transfer over everything from the old Samsung, fast speed, great screen quality. The seller (Cell Universe) did send the new phone with instructions and it was packaged well. The listing included a charger, which is why my daughter picked this over other ones. There wasn't one in the package and customer service was contacted. They denied it was listed as sick and despite sending them a screen shot, they still denied it and refused to send the block that we paid for (Jack F. was the rep, if you ever have to contact them) Oh well, just another transaction that makes me steer away from 3rd parties on Amazon. Certainly an interesting experience when buying a phone online and not reading other people’s comments. My phone was advertised as a Latin American version and compatible with T-Mobile. What I actually received was a Middle Eastern version for Oman — at least that’s what the T-Mobile guys called it. I started communicating with the seller, but never received any clear statement about the phone’s origin. Perhaps I needed to register the phone with the carrier to make it work. Living 40 miles from the nearest city, I took a ride and went to a T-Mobile store. After some conflicting statements, I finally got some answers. The Middle Eastern version does not support the lower frequency bands, and even with a plan upgrade (sure, it’s always about money), I may or may not get one signal bar if I’m standing in the right area. The suggestion of an expensive new plan sounded wrong, so I checked with Metro by T-Mobile and Mint Mobile, both of which use the T-Mobile network. Fact: no plan or upgrade will fix the issue. This phone is extremely limited when used with U.S. carriers. Even AT&T, which normally does not accept many non-U.S. phones, was kind enough to confirm the problem. Funny enough, even after I sent the seller a screenshot clearly showing “United Arab Emirates - Oman” on the phone, he still insisted there are no phones specifically made for Latin America or the Middle East market. A quick Google search says otherwise. Different regions use different cellular bands, and U.S. carriers depend heavily on bands this phone simply does not support. Even ChatGPT explained it pretty clearly: “A ‘global,’ ‘international,’ ‘Latin America,’ or ‘Middle East’ phone may technically work in the U.S., but in rural areas like where you are, low-band support matters enormously. Missing bands like T-Mobile Band 71 (600 MHz), Band 12, Band 66, or AT&T low bands can make the difference between usable service and almost no service at all.” During this ordeal, I received little to no help from the seller besides a self-serving statement that they “sell thousands of these phones.” Really? Maybe he or she didn’t realize Oman is not in the USA. Now I get to pack it up nicely and take my old truck Leroy back to town. Another 80-mile round trip, about $20 in gas, and close to 3 more hours wasted. Total cost trying to make it work: - 3 trips - about 14 hours including time spent with phone companies - around $60 in gas PRICELESS!!! Almost forgot — the seller demands that the return be shipped from a UPS Store, not from a regular UPS drop-off location, which in my case would only be 15 miles away. My advice: be careful what you wish for. So-called mega sellers are often focused on volume and quick money, not actually helping customers. ... show more
