Touch screen stopped working after just 2 months! After 1 month, it kept freezing every few days, so would have to completely restart it by holding down the buttons on the side, then selecting Restart on the screen. Now, the screen is completely non-responsive, so can't even do that. Also, when we purchased it, there was no notification that it won't work with U.S.-based 5G networks, despite having "T-mobile" in its name. We didn't learn this tidbit until we finished setting the phone up. More of a Temu phone than a T-mobile.... ... show more

Excellent phone for the price. Put in the card and turn it on, instant 5G on the T-mobile network. Call clarity is very good, easy to transfer over everything from the old Samsung, fast speed, great screen quality. The seller (Cell Universe) did send the new phone with instructions and it was packaged well. The listing included a charger, which is why my daughter picked this over other ones. There wasn't one in the package and customer service was contacted. They denied it was listed as sick and despite sending them a screen shot, they still denied it and refused to send the block that we paid for (Jack F. was the rep, if you ever have to contact them) Oh well, just another transaction that makes me steer away from 3rd parties on Amazon. I was very apprehensive about purchasing this phone. This due to the fact that some people were saying they had difficulty connecting it to their carriers. I have Verizon and it connected automatically as soon as I put the SIM card in there. It comes with specific instructions as to change the settings if your carrier is not accepting the phone. The phone is very fast. The only complaint I have is the battery that's not last as long as my previous phone which was a much simpler a 54. This is perhaps because I am using the phone more than I was before. Regardless the battery lasts for the day any charges very quickly. I highly recommend it for a mid-range phone. I would also recommend that you choose the eight gigabytes of random Access memory rather than six or the four. In addition I recommend that you pick 516 MB of storage instead of 258. It is worth the extra money. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the phone the videos the sound the speed and memory. ... show more
