I bought the device as a gift for my wife at the start of the holiday shopping season. She opened it at the end of December and by the end of January it was completely useless, absolutely refusing to connect to network or carry a signal. Of course, because the return warranty only covered the time it was wrapped under the tree, there's nothing anyone can do. If you are familiar with Samsung phones, this one is decent. Ease of use. Screen is a nice size. Not to small and not overly huge. Battery life is great. I use this phone most of the day and still have 50% next day. The only thing inconvenient about this phone is what I see as a design flaw. For some reason, Samsung decided to skip the earbud jack. You can only use wireless earbuds with this model which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars ... show more

We are accustomed to buying down rev LG phones like G7, V60, and the screen on this was a massive step down - horrible by comparison actually. My wife dropped it and screen broke - she has not broken a screen in many years. Extra fragile?
