Good support.
Style: T-mobile only
Amazon has not fail me yet; therefore I trust them. They saved me a great deal with the renewed cell phone and were so good to deliver in time for me to make use of it after changing and all that is needed. Thank you! I am not a very skilled user of the technology, but this phone is my life line on the road, at work and even at home. I can not express properly my gratitude. I do tell everyone this and will continue to do so. ... show more

Malfunctioned after a month.
Style: T-mobile only
I bought the device as a gift for my wife at the start of the holiday shopping season. She opened it at the end of December and by the end of January it was completely useless, absolutely refusing to connect to network or carry a signal. Of course, because the return warranty only covered the time it was wrapped under the tree, there's nothing anyone can do. I either have to pay Samsung for the repair or eat the cost and get something else. Massively disappointed. ... show more

I use this phone most of the day and still have 50% next day. The only thing inconvenient about this phone is what I see as a design flaw. For some reason, Samsung decided to skip the earbud jack. You can only use wireless earbuds with this model which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars ... show more
