  • Must-Read for Anyone Serious About the Food Truck Business!
Format: Paperback
Must-Read for Anyone Serious About the Food Truck Business! This book is packed with valuable information from start to finish. Running a Food Truck For Dummies breaks everything down clearly — from permits and equipment to marketing, budgeting, and daily operations. It’s not just theory; it’s practical, real-world advice that actually helps you succeed. I’ve been in the food industry for a while, and I still learned a ton from this book. It covers things I hadn’t even considered, especially about location strategy and customer engagement. The writing is easy to follow and doesn’t waste your time with fluff. If you’re thinking about starting a food truck or already running one and want to improve, this book is worth every penny. Huge thanks to the author for putting together such a solid guide — it’s become my go-to reference! ... show more

  • Insightful and concise
Format: Kindle
Starting at the very beginning, the book takes you through the adventures of owning and running a food truck. As an owner of one in Greece for the past five years, it was still useful, although most references were for the US market

  • Worth Buying
Format: Paperback
After reading some of the other reviews which were mixed, I went ahead and purchased the book and glad that I did! It is, as stated, "Running a Food Truck for Dummies" so if you are expecting advanced information, you might be disappointed. However, as a Novice, I felt as thought his book was very informative and well worth reading. I had an opportunity to speak to a Food Truck/Trailer Entrepreneur who is quite successful in the field and he actually recommended that I pick this book up as it is one that he has used in the past and felt it had quite a good amount of value. After purchasing and reading "RFTfD" it has opened my eyes to the traveling food business and made me realize something's I had not even considered. NOTE: If you are someone who loves colored illustrations, etc. this book will leave you wanting, but the way that it is laid out is most definitely easy to follow, henceforth... • Extremely basic F&B
Format: Paperback
As a professional f&b consultant- I bought this out of Curiosity. It’s extremely basic. Might be OK for someone who has no education and management of food and beverage. However, I did not find it to be totally specific for a food truck..
