I bought this Samsung A25 to switch from iPhone to android after my iPhone 13's battery completely died after only a year of use. I was sick and tired of all the little games Apple plays to get you to upgrade early. For context, I use my phone relatively lightly, pretty much only for calling, texting, browsing the internet, watching youtube videos, listening to music, and buying bus/train tickets, so I was comfortable browsing the "budget phone" market. After receiving this phone and putting in my old SIM card, I booted it to life and learned that it was very easy to transfer my photos, contacts, and other important information from my Apple phone to this A25, which I was very happy with. And I have a headphone jack back!!! I am so happy about having one again!!! Installing apps was relatively simple, and learning the functionalities of the phone was a bit of a learning curve coming from an Apple device. However, I have to say that after 2 weeks, I am genuinely quite impressed with the battery longevity, build quality, and speed of this phone. It does everything I need it to do and with relative smoothness and good speed. The battery on this A25, with my regular usage, lasts at least 24 hours, which is a huge upgrade from my old phone where I would constantly have to worry about plugging it in or bringing a portable battery. If you're a person who uses their phone heavily for high-processing tasks such as gaming or video editing, then this A25 probably isn't for you. But for me, this phone is great so far, and if it keeps performing like this in the long-term then I definitely will not be going back to Apple. And for $209, I am really impressed! ... show more

If you are buying this phone because you expect it's sound quality to be AUDIO FILE QUALITY, it is not that good. Using your best $500.00 headphones, you will be compelled to rate it's audio quality a 4.5 out of 5. My Moto e5 plus sounds a bit better. The phone has an issue connecting to networks and switching tours. It stays with the weak tour and does not automatically change to the stronger signal. So can have 5G, but no internet... Have reset everything, changed sims, and seen the Samsung store who told me it is a defect and to get in touch with the seller. ... show more
