After unboxing and powering on, noticed it was an international model. No biggie. Attempted to transfer data from my Samdung s10e. Started the process at 8:30pm. I awoke at 11:30 and it had knly transfered 50 percent of the data. I looked at tge home screen and it was very dull and cheap looking. I removed the dim card and reset the phone to factory. Learned ny lesson to NEVER order another phone from Amazon. Will utilize Best Buy from now on. ... show more

I bought this phone to replace my old Galaxy S5. My plan was to just swap out the SIM card and be on my way, but no, this phone uses a different size card. No problem, I went to AT&T to change my Sim card. When they tried to set the phone up, they fund it won't work on the U.S. network.
