I've had the device for about a month. It's very attractive with the white back. The operating system works well, camera is good, charging is fast and long-lasting! I can go 5-6 days on a charge! It's an international phone, so it has a couple of quirks: group texting is strange (I get individual texts in return. They don't stay in the group thread. Maybe a setting can be changed, but I haven't figured that out.) and it didn't come with a calculator installed or a note taking feature (like my last Samsung budget phone). A calculator was easy enough to download. I love the fingerprint feature, but it usually takes me more than once to unlock. I haven't used it for gaming or streaming, so can't comment on that. Overall, I'm pleased with the functionality of the phone, especially the battery life. I would highly recommend it to someone who wants a budget device that works well. I was looking for just a cheap phone to use since anytime I buy a flagship I always seem to drop it. This phone has filled that gap well. The batttery on this thing is freaking amazing. I can go about two days of full use with a charge. If you've had a Samsung phone before and transfer to this one you will feel like you are at home. Even though this has the usual Samsung bloatware stuff on it. Great little phone will be buying another or a different model because I already broke it, got the screen replaced, and broke it again. cheers. ... show more

I bought it for my dad he’s not on his phone a lot maybe an hour or two at most a day so he didn’t really want me to buy him an iPhone or anything too expensive..he likes it battery life is way better on this one then his old phone.. if your a minimalist it’s a good phone for me I wouldn’t last a week using it but it is way better than my dads last phone and he seems to really like this new ohone ... show more

Love it. Camera is not that great but good for the price. Brand new. I ordered the white model and I love it. It looks like the S series. Don't be scared if your phone doesn't work right away. You have to call your cellphone carrier and provide them with the IMEI number and restart the phone. Make sure you go to settings to personalize the phone as it has really good features. I suggest you buy phone online as it's cheaper and comes with earphones. The ones in the store are more expensive and don't provide that accessory. ... show more

Great phone for the battery feature reason, like really good. Great for people that won’t use the phone often and don’t need a fast phone. I love it but it’s slow for my taste but can be good enough for others. It’s not amoled which does have a little better color contrast but the battery in this phone, it’s great. I bought this phone last year but received messages from my carrier that it won't work next month because it won't support calls since their network will be upgrdated. I only had this phone for less than half year, but now I have to purchase another phone. I don't want to waste more time looking for a durable usable phone. Thought this phone was a great deal when I bought it. I had Samsung brand phones since 2005. States that the phone is 4G. Have had this phone not even a year and have to buy a new phone. As you can see from the picture it says it's running 2G and 3G. I'm not a very happy customer!!

Even though the a21s is only LTE, not 4G, here in the usa, it works rather reliably on just LTE.
