Functional and great price.
This phone is just fine, for me. It has the storage space I need and at a great price dont need all the bells and whistles that other higher end models have. The phone is not my life and use it as an assistant and for information. Rarely use it to talk and of course use it to text, seldom use the camera, but it does take excellent photos. If you don't need a phone for work and just for casual use, this phone is perfect. ... show more

Excellent phone for the price and easy to start using
B.L.U.F. I simply pulled the sim card out of my old Samsung phone and plugged it into my new Samsung A17 .. and everything works perfectly. I did get a message that my cell phone was not fully compatible with my carrier (not accurate) from my carrier. The message card with the phone said if I received this message to call my carrier and have them record the IMEI number to my carrier account. However, my carrier tech support rep when I called was unable to accomplish that ... and said the company system would perhaps update it to my account when they see my phone calls on this phone. ... show more

I am very disappointed with all invovled.
Your Phone that I have for less than a week that I have to return. I called the numbers included in the phone does not work. I also sent you an email. But most of all HOW can you even think of selling a CANADIAN phone here in the USA ?????????? That is not good behavior, the battery is being drained constantly could not understand why, till I found out it was a Canadian phone as well as it is Not a NEW phone, although it is being sold as a new phone. Good
I changed my A13 for this A17, it does have more memory for storing but the same RAM one. I thought it would be faster but it's the same, sadly. But the buying experience was great, I got the phone fast and in perfect condition ready to set it up.

not exactly what it claims
Good price, but is false advertising. The phone is not 4gb of memory. It is only 2gb and has a ram feature turned on to use storage space as ram and maxs it out to 4gb. The apps freeze or lag often and every time you switch apps they reload. None of the workarounds for this issue work. If you need a cheap phone it's OK, but frustrating. ... show more
