    • Doesn't work with tmobile Sim card
The phone came loaded with viruses it has locked up the Sim card 3 times since I got it. It was supposed to be unblocked for all carriers but apparently this phone has an issue with tmobile Sim cards because we have gone to tmobile had the Sim card unlocked it worked for 3 days and locked up again we took it back to tmobile they unlocked the Sim cardcagain and it locked up again a few days later so I would recommend if you use tmobile as your carrier to get the phone that is specifically for tmobile ... show more

Incredible phone for the price especially with the new software update makes this phone incredible works great on T-Mobile if you're going to get a new phone stick with a locked phone that's on your carrier don't try buying one of these unlocked phones you're going to end up returning it because it's a guessing game to see if it will even work on your network ... show more

Slow reaction when pressing screen. I can hear something shaking inside might be the battery. Lags on fingerprint scanner. Everything else works great. Great picture and video quality. Great price.

The microphone in the phone does not work. This is the second phone I purchased. I'm trying to return it. I have until October. This product is not responding when I try to return it it's not letting me say why so I figured the only way I had it chance to get in one word edgewise just to write a review. I'm going to call Amazon Prime now I'm not happy with either phone sent to me they were both Samsung Galaxies this one does not work them time I wasted talking with T-Mobile and with Samsung tech support Samsung told me to return the product because the microphone was not working it was a faulty product.
