The only complaint was that it advertised as being compatible with any network but only ended up working with Tmobile network. Tried it with tracfone from verizon and it had problems every month. Man this phone came so late, days late, you guys sent me an unsealed DIRTY BOX, I don’t know if this was done on purpose or what, no wire to charge, I’m so disappointed!!!! So I finally turn the phone on & this phone needed an update, obviously, and it has been running updates for the past 3 hours, mind you I got this one at 19% battery, I been charging it for 4 and a half hours and it’s barley at 38% the phone is so slow, by far the worst phone I ever purchased, I was trying to replace it with a MoTo G7 now that phone is so old but the screen moves WAY FASTER than this Samsung, I really needed this phone, I been waiting for this phone to get here with all the excitement juts to be completely dissatisfied! Why would you guys send me an unsealed box with no wire all late????
