I bought this for international trip. When this was delivered, I saw a memo from product manual, says 'this is not compatible with AT&T, do not open this.' I was shocked because before I bought this, I saw a few reviews and descriptions that say it should work on AT&T. I decided to open the box because the main purpose of this was oversea travel. After I opened this, I put my AT&T Sim card, then I realized it works with AT&T network. Dual sim also works correctly. Because I do not want to use 2 cellphones abroad, I chose this. Now, I'm so happy with this phone. My current phone is locked by AT&T, so bad AT&T ha ha. The only problem on this phone is that it becomes a little slower when I do multiple tasks. I have used a similar Galaxy dual sim phone because we travel and I don't like having to switch sim modules. With so many apps that are essential, 32GB internal storage was not cutting it. This was the solution. Faster processor, more RAM, more storage, longer battery usage...it is important to have capacity. I love just switching one sim module on or off, or having both of them work. It also helps manage my data when I am out of country dependent upon carrier coverage. The camera is better than ever. Sorry, I can't see why I would spend $600 or more for a single sim phone. The fingerprint scanner on the side will require some patience to get it working, but it works well and simplifies my life. ... show more

Though the 1st word is UNLOCKED, pay attention to the verbage later which says Carrier T-Mobile. It is NOT unlocked for any other carrier (I tried Ultra Mobile and AT&T). I spent HOURS of tech support time and no one could figure out why it wouldnt connect to their mobile network. Finally I went to T-Mobile and there was very little problem in getting the phone going with them. SO, PAY ATTENTION TO WHO IT SAYS THE MOBILE CARRIER IS, because that is who you will using. This is why I would have given 1 star (or zero!), but the phone is a nice phone and deserves at least 3'; maybe not more because it is 2G/3G/4G LTE, 2 and 3 G basically a thing of the past in the U.S. ... show more

This phone is not unlocked to at&t. It is actually blocked from at&t. Thankfully I had multiple sims, but I had to use the T-Mobile one to use the phone.
