Ps - From what I read it's got a better camera then the iphone 6s. I have Cricket service and had no issues getting service immediately. I'm also in Ga. Such a dissapointment. Bought this phone for my mom and send it to Jamaica and it can only work on wifi. Wish I could get a refund no network nothing. Every min it's shutting off.

I have ordered two. When I opened the first one I noticed it had sticky stuff on the back and back fuzzies on the phone. I told my husband I thought it was used as the box was also not sealed at all. He contact amazon and they assured him it was new. I didnt have time to set it up at the time so I waited until that evening. When I started to set it up I realized there were disney games downloaded to the phone. I know bloatware is a thing but I've never seen a disney games so it was a little odd and had app folders labeled oddly on the phone like it was used. When I did a factory reset it removed the games and folders so we asked for a replacement as this appeared used. The replacement arrived again unsealed with the inside packaging up in backwards. The inside box had blue pen mark on it and inside the plastic cover, which was loosely slipped around the phone, had dust and grass inside of it. The grass fell into the floor so it is not pictured but this is the sketchfest "new" phone I've purchased. I am returning it so I cannot comment on how the phone works but I do not reccomend purchasing unless your coll with playing full price for a used phone. ... show more

I'm done with iphone, it's overrated. I threw out my $700 iphone 6 yesterday after trying to replace a failed battery. I'm impressed with the Galaxy A11. Big screen, lots of features, long lasting battery, and vast apps to download. I installed face and touch finger recognition for the first time which updated me with the latest technology. My iphone had none of those fearures offerred like the Samsung A11. I like the duel sims and memory card on one tray also. You can pretty much do anything on this budget phone, Bye bye to iphone. You can go buy iphone for a high cost and get less technology, or payless for this A11 and get more technology the choice is yours. The A11 speed is not super fast but does the job, so don't complain to much the phone it's only $132. You want a super fast reacting phone than go for the $1000 flagship phone, just stop whining about this budget phone. I took the A11 to the Dominican Republic and it works great internationally. ... show more

If you just want a phone for calls, texts and surfing the internet then it is fine but that is all. The camera dies out when trying to zoom in to anything past 5x. It is grainy and no tweaking fixes the issue. This is actually a Brazil model so there are NO settings for emergency alerts for the USA. 2gb of ram is not enough for a phone is 2020. I have to close out of applications just to use anything. I would stay away from it there are better phones from different manufactures for the same price. ... show more

Extremely well packed, this phone came better packaged than $1,000 apple products. I got this phone for my dad who is on the older side. This phone carries exactly everything he needs. The screen is big enough for his older eyes and you can customize the font to be huge. The camera works and does it well for someone his age who is not into things like that. This phone is snappy enough for him and even for me, it loads apps quickly and all he really needs is YouTube to work. Great price for what you get! ... show more

After using the phone for two months, it becomes slower and slower, so if you have money, please buy an iPhone. The more you use your Android phone, it becomes slow and lagging, and unresponsive becomes cumbersome The first thing to say is: 1. Start using the phone after getting it, and the screen will turn on and off, turn off and automatically adapt to the ambient light perception to improve. 2. The camera looks a lot, but the camera is blurry and the response is slow. 3. The plastic back cover of the mobile phone is very light. Secondly: 1. There is enough battery power to stand by for three days 2. Suitable for calling, texting and watching YouTube. Summary: You can’t play the game too much, and running too many apps will freeze for 1-3 seconds. After all, this price of mobile phones can only be like this. Works with T-Mobile 4g LTE in USA Second week of use, all my apps are installed and this is still a fast and responsive phone. The camera taste great photographs for the rear camera. The front (screen) camera comes out blurry when I use it for self portraits. I have to hold it steady moments after pressing to make agood shot.
