I'm not saying this is the best phone on the market, but it is a cheap smart phone with all of the same features other smart phones have. The only negatives that a person would have with this phone are it's low camera quality (which is equal to the average smart phone camera from 5yrs ago) and small storage space. However, I simply bought this phone to replace an identical model that I broke; so I was already familiar with those aspects of the phone...One of which can be solved with the simple purchase of a SD card. The quality aspect I'm referring to is the condition of the phone upon arrival...which was perfect! It had no scratches, no cracks, the phone turned on easily, and it works perfectly. Using the smart switch app I was able to move all my data in under an hour, and Verizon recognized the phone as my new device. And as an additional bonus the phone arrived a week early (meaning I recieved it 1 day after purchase)! I believe in spending more when necessary, but for a device that people: lose with easy, break easily, rarely use as an actual phone, and primarily use to browse the internet when they're 5sec attention span is desperate for a fix...it's the obviously amount people should be spending on a phone. ... show more

This company, YYK wireless has sent 2phones and BOTH ARE GARBAGE. I had to go to the Verizon store, @TIMES TO BE TOLD, NOTHING COULD BE DONE. VERIZON THIS PHONE REPRESENTED AFTER TALKING TO AGENTS THERE could not find any service with them. I've been a buyer of other phones here, never had a problem. I'm a very honest reviewer I used to be a vine reviewer but decided to opt out of the program. I thought that I would be very fair when I came to this phone because I think it's important for the public to know! I just bought this phone in October 2025 and use the same charger it got so hot and almost caught on fire and the charging port was destroyed. This is my second purchase of this phone I'm charging it now and it's not charging to 100% issues with charging again. This phone is not my main phone it is only used to listen to YouTube and rumble. There's not enough storage to even use it for that. So be very cautious when purchasing this phone is if it's going to be your everyday phone unless you're doing just texting and dialing. It's okay for the very basics but there's issues clearly with the battery and it's charging capabilities. This is brand new and still won't charge to 100% with a brand new charger it came with. I hope that answers your questions about this phone. Yes it's cheap but for 20 more bucks if you're buying a phone that you're going to be using every single day I would honestly consider something different.
