Overall, I'm so happy I bought this watch! Funny enough, one of my elementary school students recommended this to me, lol. I never thought I'd be a smartwatch person, but after my Fitbit allowed me to see incoming calls and messages without getting out my phone, I realized how convenient they can be! After exploring my student's watch, I went ahead and ordered my own. It was super easy to set up and start using. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge. I get a full day of battery life, no problem. I don't sleep with the watch - I find it too big to sleep with it on. I come home, take it off, charge it in the evening, and then turn it off until morning. I could probably get most of a second workday if I forgot to charge it overnight - so about 36 hours between charges. Not great, but acceptable for the cost of the watch. I save my phone battery because I'm not using it as much during the day. Over the first few days, I was able to easily figure out how to set up the watch the way I like it so I can see the apps and notifications easily. Your phone must be in bluetooth range or you lose connection to incoming calls and messages. People usually don't know I'm speaking with them through my watch unless I tell them. Coming from a Fitbit, this watch is amazing. I haven't had an Apple or Pixel Watch, so I can't speak for someone who is looking to save money and downgrade. For a refurbished watch, I couldn't be happier! In fact, my son wants his watch now too and I feel great about getting my teenager a nice smartwatch that costs the same as the basic Fitbit! ... show more

Great watch, looked new. Price was great, can answer calls on phone, when text has photo shows on phone. Battery could be better, but is very nice. There is no blood pressure function due to FDA in usa, but is a great watch and EKG works.

I've had this for about 2 weeks now and so far, it's been fantastic. Watch is working perfectly, the only complaint is charging, it doesn't always get to 100%. But the apps all work and I have not had any function issues

I like the crisp visuals, and the audio quality. I am disappointed in the battery life, but it is what you pay for. BPM, and O2 are very accurate and love the addition of a ECG. I do wish you could do more customization than what it has, but for the normal consumer it is great. It supports bands that are 20mm. Wow. Not every experience can be a good experience but this one was rough. I've bought renewed products from Amazon before and had no issues but this is just junk. Watch was shipped completely dead, put it on the charger, and it wouldn't charge. Then it gave me a message the watch was getting too hot. I'm replacing another Galaxy watch so I just threw it on the old charger. Got another message that the watch was getting too hot. I thought maybe it's not compatible so I used my wife's watch charger. Got another message that the watch was getting too hot. She put the fan on it. After it was charged a little because the fan kept it cool enough I tried to pair it with my Galaxy Note 20. Didn't even recognize it on bluetooth and refused to pair. Literally nothing I was sent from the watch to the charger worked correctly. Recieved it today and it's getting sent back tomorrow. ... show more

I bought this Product in June. It lasted me about 10 months before dieing. I am a little disappointed it didn't last longer than a year. However I loved the watch. It definitely didn't last more than like 20 hours without needing to be recharged, but I charged it while I slept so I had no problem with it. Very useful and honestly helped me a lot. ... show more

I wanted the physical bezel so I bought a refurbished watch from Amazon. It is in perfect shape, exactly as it was described. It charges really quickly on the charger it came with. It walked me through set up, which was really easy.
