I bought this for the big memory ..I did not have the chance to put my SIM in it except after the 90 days warranty was expired. When I make calls using apps my voice is never clear and gets cut off. On regular phone calls I am having same problem but not as bad. I use my phone alot and I regret not testing it when it arrived. I basically wasted 500 dollars! This phone was in perfect condition. I loved it but when verifying the IMEI with Verizon they said it was not a locked Verizon phone. Unfortunately that means no video calls and other Verizon functions.

I brought this phone because I wanted to replace my Samsung note 8 the screen Is very clear like a flat screen tv on the Samsung note 20 ultra 5g It is fast ! The Samsung 22 has the same 102 mp cameras and zoom, gone is the headphone jack which is always good to have if your Bluetooth headphones die a wired jack is always good to have for this reason. This is another good phone from Samsung I miss the head phone jack when I go for my 7 mile walks to listen to my playlist having a 512 gb of memory is a plus I added another 512 gb Samsung pro memory card design for 4 k video this is the right card for my phone is a masterpiece. a phone case is a must to protect your phone and fingerprints. ... show more
