I'm writing this review on the phone. What is there to say? Honestly is the perfect phone. It literally does everything, still even in 2026. It comes with 128gb internal storage space, which isn't really enough but... you can out a micro SD card in it like I did. I have a 1 tb micro SD card in it. Works perfectly. I haven't tried it yet but I might upgrade to a 2tb micro SD. The only issue is the camera (which is an amazing freaking camera) sometimes it loses focus and I have to tap it to make it refocus. It's the only reason I have to upgrade to a new Samsung s22,23,24 or 25 ultra. Honestly, aside from the camera issue, it's a perfect phone. I've read the camera issue can be solved by replacing the main camera. Otherwise the camera works great and the amount of clear detail I get with photos and video is amazing. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this Amazon seller. The phone was not unlocked as the seller claimed in the description. Also the phone was not a refurbished phone. Upon booting the phone it was not fully charged, where it already had an account on the phone. The seller claimed the phone was unlocked, however, the phone booted with t-mobile software and was not factory reset. This prompted me to reach out to Samsung to confirm if the phone was unlocked or not where I was told by the rep after providing the IMEI information that the phone is locked to T-mobile carrier. I next contacted t-mobile and the rep stated that the phone is not eligible to be unlocked, which rendered the phone unusable. This ordeal has been a huge inconvenience due to the fact I spent money on the phone with guarantee it would be unlocked and working. The seller had responsibility to ensure the phone was wiped of all previous user data, as well as ensuring the phone was not restricted to any carrier. If so, I would not be writing my review to warn others. I should not have had to go through so many hoops to confirm the validity of the phone when the phone should have been in the 'unlocked condition' as described on Amazon. I am recommending that AMAZON put in place a system that requires the SELLER to verify that the phone is unlocked by loading IMEI info before we as the CUSTOMER complete the purchase to prevent this from reoccurring. I have reached out to the seller to resolve this issue and have sent the phone back to receive a full refund. This experience has made me question Amazon's standards in regards to electronics where I do not have confidence or faith in purchasing any phone that is claimed to be unlocked from its Amazon sellers. Not until Amazon can guarantee that sellers will be true to their listings. In addition, the seller should be more mindful and considerate of the phones they are selling to people as we are spending real money and trusting that they will send us a phone that works and is truly unlocked with no restrictions as described. Great phone for the most part. It's front camera went blurred within a few days of purchase and was useless. It's battery life also isn't as good as you would think for an "excellent" phone. But other than that, it has been a good phone and the s pen is fun.

The phone arrived fast, and was in almost perfect condition, aside from very minimal scratches and one or two small, barely visible, dents. Performance wise the device handles great, it could do with a battery replacement, but the battery life isn't so bad that the device is unusable.     • Great Phone do NOT activate with an ESIM, at least on Verizon.

Purchased this back in 2023 but just switched to it on my Verizon plan this week. WORDS OF CAUTION.. do not try to get this phone activated by Verizon using an ESIM. Go to a Verizon store and get a SIM card. ESIM was a nightmare to activate and then after 3 days it lost the network and could not reconnect. Old phone was already disconnected so had no phone. Went to a Verizon store and the salesperson could not get it to connect with a physical sim card. He tried to up sell me a new phone, either he was dishonest or did not know how to switch from ESIM to card. I was not ready to give up so I took the phone home and looking through the settings noticed he did not delete the ESIM, just turned it off. I deleted it and reset the Network settings. Went back to the store and had a new rep insert a SIM card and activate the phone and it is now working. Really like the phone in all other ways and especially that it takes an SD card. Hard to find new phones with expandable memory. Phone is great, three stars because the ESIM functionality is useless. ... show more
