So far this phone is working perfectly, knock on wood, I was previously using a Motorola 5G stylus that was not even a year old and that phone was a giant waste of money and it even bigger piece of crap. This phone blows it out of the water! With my previous phone, you could not even multitask something as simple as sending a text message while watching a YouTube video! This one I have absolutely no problem doing both things. It's quick and responsive, actually has a large capacity of storage on the phone- my previous phone claimed to have large storage but actually sent an SD card which made it even slower. This phone is phenomenal if you are somebody that likes to multitask with different applications, the cameras are amazing and the filters work beautifully. The Stylist is also very responsive and accurate. Overall it is a far superior phone and I will never get anything other than a Samsung phone again! Should also mention that it was very simple to set up and transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, depending on how much you have it may take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour- I had a lot of photos and videos save that I wanted to transfer, but you can also opt out of that as well which is nice. Fingerprint reader works well, I would recommend if you are getting a screen protector to make sure that it has a special spot for the fingerprint sensor as that may make it more difficult for you to get into your phone. Video quality is beautiful and the sound quality is crystal clear. I also am a big fan of the Google voice type that you can equip on this phone, it's very accurate and rarely misspelled what I'm saying. Phone calls also come in very clear and I've had no issues with calls being dropped. Should also note that the keyboard comes up instantly, that was not the case with my previous phone LOL. The price of this phone is extremely Fair, even though it's a older phone by today's standards it operates beautifully and has so far been able to accomplish everything that I need it to. One last thing I should mention, I am a avid gamer and playing games on this phone has been an absolute Joy. I'm even able to hook up my Bluetooth controller or my Razer kishy controller to play games on this! ... show more

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this Amazon seller. The phone was not unlocked as the seller claimed in the description. Also the phone was not a refurbished phone. Upon booting the phone it was not fully charged, where it already had an account on the phone. The seller claimed the phone was unlocked, however, the phone booted with t-mobile software and was not factory reset. This prompted me to reach out to Samsung to confirm if the phone was unlocked or not where I was told by the rep after providing the IMEI information that the phone is locked to T-mobile carrier. I next contacted t-mobile and the rep stated that the phone is not eligible to be unlocked, which rendered the phone unusable. This ordeal has been a huge inconvenience due to the fact I spent money on the phone with guarantee it would be unlocked and working. The seller had responsibility to ensure the phone was wiped of all previous user data, as well as ensuring the phone was not restricted to any carrier. If so, I would not be writing my review to warn others. I should not have had to go through so many hoops to confirm the validity of the phone when the phone should have been in the 'unlocked condition' as described on Amazon. I am recommending that AMAZON put in place a system that requires the SELLER to verify that the phone is unlocked by loading IMEI info before we as the CUSTOMER complete the purchase to prevent this from reoccurring. I have reached out to the seller to resolve this issue and have sent the phone back to receive a full refund. This experience has made me question Amazon's standards in regards to electronics where I do not have confidence or faith in purchasing any phone that is claimed to be unlocked from its Amazon sellers. Not until Amazon can guarantee that sellers will be true to their listings. In addition, the seller should be more mindful and considerate of the phones they are selling to people as we are spending real money and trusting that they will send us a phone that works and is truly unlocked with no restrictions as described. Please be aware of the risks you are taking when purchasing a "refurbished" or "renewed" phone from Amazon as you may not recieve the item as it is described on Amazon. ... show more
