I already had a Samsung Note 20, but I had dropped it so many times many features were not functioning. Buying a replacement on Amazon didn't cost much more than my phone insurance deductible and it was far less hassle!

it took a few days and i almost sent it back due to when i set the phone up it was working fine then out of no where i would get a call but the caller couldnt hear me and the same when i called. Then i wouldnt be able to send a text or even make a call it would say due to not being registered with a network or something, after lots of configs with settings and upgrades, it works, hopefully it continues to work. aside from that im happy with it, as long as it continues working lol ... show more

The phone looks and operated well when home using wifi. Away from home it would not get 5g inside almost any building. My old phone with cracked screen at least could call out and download, surf internet. Exact same model which was why I bought this. It was probably refurbished using wifi in which case everything appeared perfect. Would give five stars if I never left the house or carried a mobile Hotspot with me, but why. It's a cell phone. Didn't try to switch for at least 2 months after purchase as I bought it early, to copy data from old phone in case screen completely gave out. So past return window. I may try vendor anyway. If they replace or repair it I'd give it 5 stars. ... show more
